Nordic Walking Poles – Poles, not all walks and hikes are created equal
Skiers know that a piece poles are the only option for skiing. And ski racers want a piece poles that light yet super strong. And when it comes to Nordic Walking, hiking and trekking poles, a piece poles proved to be safer, lighter and more durable. Cheap and thin 2-piece and 3-piece pole with twist locks or flip locks tend to rattle and vibrate or collapse unexpectedly.
The original poles used for hill bounding and ski walking poles were a lot. EXEL Nordic Walking Poles were the first official Nordic Walking Poles "- based on light but strong carbon fiber cross country ski poles. Downhill ski poles and trekking poles are usually much thicker and heavier than cross country poles. I just want to tell you how much I love my new VIP Carbon sticks. I got them this past Monday, today is Friday and I have 26 miles on them already, mostly on tarmac, but a number of dirt roads, grass and a spongy, muddy high school to follow. The asphalt legs show no sign of wear, no! And they give good traction on all surfaces above.
I can not believe the shock and how comfortable the straps. I'd initially bought a cheap pair of walking sticks from a large discount store. The carbide tips contributed by the rubber tips in less than 20 miles. The damping was not good – you could feel a vibration through the very poor. Their cheap tapes really do not allow us to use the tires for propulsion when VIPs do. I can use your poles as Swix Nordic poles are supposed to be used because they are Nordic poles. Wow, what a difference. The Swix poles when going from a bad drive to a Cadillac.

Hi Pete, Thanks so much for getting my order completed so quickly. The piles were delivered when I came home from work yesterday. Usually I go to a nearby park, walk 2 miles, and then going home to walk the dog is still 2. Ski Walking is a blessing to me! I quickly opened the box and took them to try them out.
I started after the Christmas holidays, improving eating habits using a website called www.myfooddiary.com. It is the stimulus I needed to work towards better health. I started skiing every day, doing the same 2-mile trail on my way home from work. I think I missed one day in the following 2 months until the snow melted in early March. I did 25 pounds at the time, with good food and skiing every day. Then I got worried. How could I replace the same calorie burn the same amount of time?
So I went and bought cheap MC Sports collapsible batons, $ 29.95. One pole developed a vibration in it that I found very annoying. This is how I found you last Saturday on Amazon. I wish I had known about you a few weeks ago. I love your sticks!

Your sticks are so much more light. I use them in the woods on a dirt / sand path. I have not had time to your DVD / video. I love ski run! I do not feel like it hard to do, and it's not as boring as working in a number of health club. I've checked my heart rate during the walk, and it is between 80-90% of the maximum for my age. It takes about half hour for 2 miles to do too much unless I wait for the dog to sniff! Using the iPod also helps the workout to go faster.

Thanks for your quick e-mail! I also had a knee injury that caused me to
stop walking too. I got the weight, but I am just back out and started running this summer. I added miles and found that I could very well run with a knee brace on. I suddenly started to run better w / o fail. I bought some of the cheap adjustable walking poles from Walmart, but then discovered about your real Nordic Walking poles.

I really enjoyed my sticks and not have to worry about them collapsing. More and more people are stopping me and asking me about them and the benefits. I could do an informercial! I sold one of my latest brochures to a woman today who saw me walking on Saturday and asked me about them. Our new minor league ballpark opened yesterday, so I went and had my sticks and a woman asked me about them. I do not have a brochure, but I gave her your email address and she wrote it. I tell everyone the price is great and the poles are very sturdy. I have a lot of miles on them. People who know anything about the poles are very impressed with the quality of the tips, especially the boat-shaped tips .. They have told me they do not like the quality of rubber tips to find you. So, hopefully, more people will use them and enjoy them as much as I did. I get physical therapy, but I know I could not walk the distances I do when I'm not your nordic ski walking poles.

I have been researching ski run. I usually run my farm with my two dogs. I bought a pair Adjustable poles about one month ago. I'm researching because I was immediately impressed with my physical
reaction using the poles when walking. I usually returned from a walk with a sore right hip. Since I use the poles I have no pain. The poles help me balance on uneven terrain. My only
problem is that my poles are adjustable and the tip got caught in a bar on a wooden bridge. I could not adjust and ran with only one pole – what a pain in the ass. Now I see your sticks and I wish I had done my research before buying for the adjustable poles.

Wow, I love these poles ever! They are here on Friday and I have every day … run twice as far as I would feel differently and so much more balanced when I'm done it … which have you all my life! I had tried to use my regular ski poles and they were just too heavy.

Before I got the posts I ordered from you I had two lessons with adjustable Nordic Walking poles. While I enjoyed myself, the experience confirmed that I had the best choice through the purchase of lighter, non-adjustable poles, because I have arthritis in my hands and was unable to myself adjustable poles, and weight of the piles was tiring quickly adapt. Why does my dog Yip and crying after a walk, but not at any other time?
My dog barks rarely – only when someone approaches the front door. However, when we have him for a walk, he will continue howling and yipping for a few hours after the walk. Why does he do this? He is 4 1 / 2, and a very active dog who loves being chased, balls and jump back in the air, so I do not think it's his joints. He does make a lot when he and I wonder if he encouraged or even perform of a "conversation" with the other dogs in the neighborhood when he gets home. Yes, he looks like he wants to go out again, but if you go too far and he gets tired, he down and refuses to budge and you have to carry him. He is all muscle and very heavy and wriggly so the trick is to walk him far enough to get exercise, but not too far so he decides that he had enough and will not budge. He is a foxy cross-shitsu with short legs …
Is it possible that he's really happy and doing your walks with him anymore? Also maybe you can check his feet for something he could have picked up on his walk …. be a thorn or something ……. He will point you to enjoy ……… love your dog, you enjoy them too! !
