New York Personal Trainer
Mike Kremer is a New York personal trainer for twenty years. Before moving to New York in the mid 1980 Mike knew a gym in his hometown of Dublin, Ireland, where he trained a couple of musicians from a local band about to make a name for themselves in the U.S. That band was U2 and musicians were Bono and bassist Adam Clayton. Soon after moving to New York, Mike was introduced to NYC personal trainer, the actress Cher JP on a post U2 concert party. JP arranged an interview for Mike with the owners of the Premier nyc Plus One personal training company.
Mike was hired by Plus One, and soon became acquainted with other new york personal trainers. Located in a Private and discreet Soho loft, Plus One catered to a celebrity clientele that famous actors, actresses and artists included. While working at Plus One Mike was one of the most desirable new york personal trainers and his clients included John Kennedy (JFK) Jnr. and Bonnie Raitt.
Plus One as their new headquarters facility opened in the World Financial Center in downtown Manhattan, Mike was selected to a team of New York personal trainers head that can meet the unique needs and demands of their executive corporate clientele. Plus One WFC was hailed as a new kind of fitness center or fitness clinic "which is integrated in the field of Sports Medicine and Exercise Science. Plus One WFC housed orthopedic offices with x-ray facility, a full-time staff of physiotherapists, dieticians and a team of the best new york personal trainers, all under one roof. Unfortunately Plus One WFC (literally located across the street from the World Trade Center) closed its doors on September 11, 2001 and not reopened. However, the Plus One brand made a full recovery and is now the leading provider of corporate fitness and wellness services in the U.S.
Mike's ambition was always to own his own gym and in 1998 he opened his nyc Personal Training Studio, anatomically correct, just blocks away from the original Plus One studio in Soho, where he got his start in the business ten years earlier established. Plus One There is no more, replaced by an Equinox club with its own staff of New York personal trainers.
Anatomically correct, located at 142 Wooster Street, just a few blocks from Equinox, distinguishes itself from bigger clubs by offering a more private and focused training environment, just like the original Studio One Plus. The quality of training and service is superior and this appeals to a more critical customers. Plus it has the added advantage of being owned and operated by one of the best new york personal trainers with an interest in its customers success.
