If you have children, sometimes the simplest things can entertain them for hours, such as running under the sprinklers in the backyard in summer, or playing with toys in the bath, even when kneeling on the floor outside the bath. Small they can float toy boats, or their dolls or action figures swimming.
The bathroom is a nice place at times, because there is running water, as in the sink, which is another source of fun and entertainment. Have you ever watched a child happy something to fill with water that would not normally stand filled with water? They almost seem happy as a scientist on the verge of a new discovery.

Life is too short to deny yourself the simple pleasures, and the children should be allowed to laugh, smile, have fun, and his children. Sometimes the simple pleasures are what entertain them most!
