Yard Sale-How to Make thousands of dollars, in 4 easy steps by selling your stuff before you step!
If you know you're going to move, and you have a few months before the effective date, then you can share your stuff with cash, instead of buying an additional one hundred boxes of things you no longer used to moving. Remember, if you want to know how yard sale to earn money, do not try to sell collector items, antiques, furniture, or the name brand or products your yard sale. You get pennies on the dollar, you could easily have found a buyer who wants more to be paid for with E-bay.
Step # 3: Through word of mouth by telling what family, friends and neighbors, you can sell a lot of things you want to load. You can invite people to stop by for a cup coffee or ice cream, and a look at what you are selling to take. It can be like a Tupperware party, but your old stuff! Advertise with moving a yard sale in the local newspaper and a different type of buyer will show up.
Step # 4: A few weekends before the move, ahead further and have a large garden for sale! You can get some ads in the local newspaper, and then Craig's List can be used to optimize the visitors of your moving yard sale, and you can really sell tons of stuff you do not want to pack the boxes and take them! Make sure you subscribe to every corner leading to your home from a busy street location.
Yard Sale Tip: Yard sale items are great for things that are not expensive, mostly older but in good condition. Older furniture, old bikes, tents, camping supplies all make for great yard sale items. Avoid one million little things lying around, sold for 0.25 cents.
