Makeup tips for blue eyes
Eye Shadow:
Yellow is the opposite of blue on the color wheel, which means that the most complimentary color for blue eyes. Now this does not exactly yellow eyeshadow, gold eyeshadow but will definitely look with stunning blue eyes. (* Note: Orange is actually the opposite color of blue on the color wheel, but orange is not really a color for your eyes. You could see how some soft salmon pink and orange-pink tones look similar, however.)
Other colors that are sure to make your eyes pop are taupe, bronze, and warm browns. Gray is great for evening drama. If you are looking to add some color, Try different shades of purple. Violet is a beautiful shade of blue eyes. Silver and turquoise can be fun if you're looking for flair.
If you want some blue accents try to go with navy. Marine goes well with almost any shade of blue eyes, for a darker shade than your eye color blue really brings the color in your eyes. You do not want your eye shadow adapt to the color of eyes, because the color on your lids will overshadow your eye color. You do not want your eyeshadow to match what you are wearing either.
Now days many cosmetic companies have released special eyeshadow palettes created specifically for your personal eye color. They range from inexpensive drugstore brands like Almay more expensive brands like Sephora. They sell free mascara and eyeliners as well.
Eyeliner:
Girls with blue eyes are blessed to have such beautiful chicks. The last thing you want to do is to distract one of the beautiful color with raccoon eyes. Black eyeliner will draw attention to themselves and only the only thing people will see when they look at you is black. Fair skinned girls should are particularly wary of black liner, like washing your complexion. If you insist on using a black liner, then at least draw the line thin, tapered into the inner corner of the eye, so you never make your eyes look smaller. Remember, eyeliner to emphasize your eyes, but it should not be the main attraction.
So what colors should you go? Your best options are brown or bronze to make your blue eyes really pop. A dark is as much drama as a black eyeliner, without stealing the show. You also have other Options navy, gray and purple eyeliners all compliment blue eyes much more than black eyeliner. If you have some green in your eyes, try an experiment with khaki green or emerald.
Mascara:
Black mascara is not as damaging to your look as black eyeliner and so it is not considered a no-no. However, if you want lighter skin tones, you might brown mascara to consider.
Dark blue mascara is actually very flattering too. The subtle blue tones around the eyes to make blue eyes stand out.
Blush:
As I mentioned earlier that blue is opposite orange on the color wheel. Keep this in mind when choosing a blush. Corals, peaches, and dusty roses will do you good.
Lipstick:
Soft pink will go best with blue eyes, especially when lighter skin with cool undertones. Try peach, rose, or true reds for darker skin with warm undertones. When choosing your color red, avoid colors such as purple-red purple.

Can two people with blue eyes have a child with brown eyes?
Is it in any way possible for two people with blue eyes to a baby with brown eyes? I was impressed that the brown eye allele was completely dominant over the blue eye allele, and that it would be impossible for Brown Eyed two people have a baby with blue eyes. Someone told me that their grandmother and grandfather both had blue eyes, had seven children. Six of these children came out with blue eyes and one with brown eyes. Could this be possible, or is it absolutely impossible? If so, can someone explain to me how this works, would be genetic. Thank you.
Eye color is controlled by more than one gene, each with different alleles. There may be six or even more genes. It is a myth that brown / blue type is a simple Mendelian trait. While the children are more likely to have similar color to their parents, it is quite possible that two people have brown eyes blue eyed baby blue eyes or two people to have a baby with brown eyes.
