Pussycat Dolls: Carmit Barchar's Medical Mission with Operation Smile
It seems that the new year will be a busy blast for the Pussycat Dolls as the girls "Blogs are not only suggest a possible new album, but also a new season of Pussycat Dolls Present. In fact, the Doll founder Robin Antin already quite the second season on the corridor.
Aside from the upcoming major businesses, the Pussycat Dolls individual to use the break to meet their other activities, including traveling and doing charity work among others. For Carmit Barchar, she is actively pursuing a charitable effort that means a lot to her.
Carmit recently worked with Operation Smile, a worldwide children's medical charity dedicated to helping improve the health and lives of children and young adults born with facial deformities. "This is something Carmit feels passionate about, because she was herself born with a cleft palate. She had just returned from Bolivia with Operation Smile, and she has all the good news about her journey. She also spoke about her own charitable organization called "Smile with Me" on her Pussycat Dolls blog.
Carmit wrote: "In November I have a creative team of five that included my mother;), and we went on a medical mission with Operation Smile to Bolivia … This was a trip of your life with rewards than words ….. we have all sorts of creative activities for children during the screening and had surgery. "
Moreover, Carmit someone had captured attention, while she worked with him on an art project.
"There was this boy named Carlos Andres, he was 9 years old. He had never painted before in his life and he went to town painting the entire canvas with details like a natural! "Carmit said." His mother never even knew he was interested or had a gift in that area. I hope we inspired him to follow his creativity, where he …. We even made him a special care package filled with art supplies. "
Carmit added that her interest in the arts combined with her need corrective surgery, helped in its overall recovery and led her to become who she is today. She was very moved by the opportunity to work with these children on creative efforts, apart from seeing the medical aspect.
Carmit was also impressed by all the medical staff who voluntarily on the mission. She said: "It is absolutely amazing what these doctors to achieve, not to mention them all volunteers!
Feeling very inspired, she said: "This is just the beginning and I can not wait to start planning the future for Smile With Me!"
