How many stamps are in the great world of Art Stamps?
For me it all started with these stamps. That's right this sweet little butterfly stamp art and this set of alphabet stamps.
I remember my first stamps . My brother gave me for my birthday. It was a butterfly stamp art, and an alphabet stamp set, which was 15 years ago. I remember thinking to myself "what am I doing with these stamps? Boy I found out what to do with them. I made cute little butterfly note cards and I remember them with a crayon colors (because that's all I had when or crayons) and then with the alphabet stamps I stamped my family and friends names and of course finished with a butterfly. Holy crow, he is the one that my obsession with art stamps made, and I'm so glad he did, Thanks Mike.
What can I say, I Love Rubber Art All stamps and stamping supplies that go with them. Take a look at some of the Art Stamps I have. I have found every drawer and bin so I kind of know what's in it. I also have a few spread over my craft studio on stage. I told you that I Love Art Stamps. Now you believe me?
Stamps have a long way. There are a lot of manufacturers Stamps for Art, depending on what you need. A long time ago the only kind of stamp art that was available was red rubber stamp affixed to a wooden block. Now, those stamps are still available, but there are also clear un-mounted art stamps that you take off from a sheet of plastic wrap and stick to an acrylic block. When you're done you simply cleaning off the stamp and the acrylic block and back out on the plastic plate or in a clear plastic CD case.
The great thing about this art stamps is that you just can see where your image will be stamped on your card stock. This gives you less room for error (even though there is never a mistake in the art, it is just another masterpiece than expected)
What I like about the acrylic block stamp when you work with alphabet stamps. The reason is that the correct distance between each letter and word. When I've used alphabet dies of wood mounted, I usually crooked words and phrases had on my card or scrapbook page.
Another cool thing about this clear un-mounted stamps that they do not take as much space as the original wood block art stamps. So if you do not have much room to store your stamps then this is the ideal way to go. I have two ways I clear un-mounted stamps store. One is in a 3 ring binder, and the other in my crop tote in Style Stamp Store. The stamp store can hold hundreds in the drawers.
There are also un-mounted red rubber stamps that you can buy. They are cheaper than mounted stamps. You can mount them in a way that you want, either on a wooden block or use EZ-Mount foam system (I'll explain that in a near future article)
The last type of stamps I can think of is the pre-inked stamps art. I have some Art Stamps that are pre-inked wheels. They are great for backgrounds or borders. Everything you do is insert the small ink cartridge into the handle of the stamp wheel, insert the wheel and there you go.
Well, as you can see I have a lot of stamps. And with all these Art Stamps I have no duplicates and I can honestly say that I use or have used each one.

I live in Ontario Canada and im wondering That martial arts teach you to use butterfly knives are they legal?
I know that if you or some martial arts kung fu butterfly knife is like the weapons they teach you I just want to know if they are legitimate or not, thanks !!!!!!!!!!!!
You're confusing butterfly knives with butterfly swords. You might find a number of styles that FMA knife, but would learn to use the butterfly best of my knowledge Kung Fu are not using that particular weapon. The butterfly is illegal in Ontario. Not purchase a real, unless you have spoken with your local police and they have indicated an acceptable method for transporting between your home and the training hall. If you find a training knife (sharpened and usually has a somewhat rounded and blunt tip) it would probably be more acceptable.
