Is Does anyone know if there is a fixed date that the Pittsburgh Gaming Commission has to decide who to award the slots license, or Harrah's, Isle of Capri, or (the third)? Im so sick of reading about the Penguins leaving Pittsburgh, and just cannot see what so long in deciding that the granting of the permit. I understand all the politics … the seems like the island of Capri deal has so much more to the city (full funding of a multi-purpose arena) as well as provide personal and commercial buildings downtown revitalization … Unlike Harrah's who just wants to go in the station square and add some more rooms in the Sheraton.
