Where to Find Buried Treasure
You may not know this, but there is much hidden treasure out there. We're not talking about pirate treasure, although undoubtedly some of be found. This is about money and valuables that are buried all over this country. For example, billions of dollars in cash is missing in bank accounts – far more than what is in our pockets. Part of it is underground.
Why so much hidden treasure? Because people like to hide things. There's probably more hidden goodies out there than ever before, for the simple reason that more people around. It is a question of numbers. But why would so many hidden and waiting for a hunter to find it? It also has a simple explanation: people who disappeared are buried.
People forget that they buried things and move. Some are unable to their stash, because they are in prison for a crime – perhaps for life. The most common scenario, however, is the saddest: The man or woman to treasure in the land is also in the ground now. We people die all the time with many untold secrets, and some of these secrets have to do with what we have hidden and where we have hidden.
Locations for Buried Treasure
It was customary in the past, and probably still is common, money and valuables buried under the edge of driveways, sidewalks and other concrete or asphalt slabs. If you suspect such a stock, look for sagging asphalt. Cement will not sag, but the loosening of the soil, the softer asphalt to do with time.
Look for areas out of sight of the road or the prying eyes of neighbors. People will not bury a treasure in the front yard where they can by viewable. Think about where you can dig a hole inconspicuously, and start digging, probing or scanning with your metal detector there.
The landscape may have changed Over the years, although they are looking for evidence. Were some trees or bushes cut down? His next-door houses new? A location in the now open could have thirty years back remote.
It has always been customary to bury things in the garden. A pot full of money or jewelry can be buried and dug up easily there because the soft and loosened soil. Keep an eye on the evidence of old garden sites. Scan the areas with the metal detector. Though currency will not give you the signal itself, it is usually in a jar or coffee can with a metal top.
As children, we discovered that it is easy to forget where you buried a treasure after one year passed. This is why it is common to bury things around memorable markers. The classic criminal stash is buried near a sign along the road. There are many things that can be markers. Starting with those before seeking an open area where a burial site can be easily forgotten.
Bumps or dips in the surface of a yard can indicate where something was buried. After a hole is filled and leveled off, the soil often settles a bit. A hill there may be if all the soil is not fit back into the hole. One thing you should know about this already, is that you would can unearth a dead cat or dog by digging under the bumps and dips, so use the metal for digging up this hidden treasure.
