History of Coca-Cola
Millions of people every day around the world enjoy cold drinks like Coca-Cola. It is a worldwide success in the world, including America. The success story of Coca-Cola in Atlanta, Georgia began over 1000 years back. The original recipe and its origin are quite different than that of today. Coca-Cola has around the world with wide publicity and great business model and is still one of the most popular brands ever developed.
Coca-Cola was created in Columbus – Georgia in 1885 by Dr. John Pemberton. It was actually a kind of cocaine and was popular at that time in Europe. It was originally a non-alcoholic and carbonated beverages, including caffeine and cocaine from the Kola nut. It was first sold in Jacob's Pharmacy in Atlanta on May 8, 1886. An elixir was originally thought to various diseases, including headache, impotence, dyspepsia, morphine addiction and heal others.
Coke was the nickname for Coca-Cola. Frank Robinson got the idea from the name of Coca-Cola. He again created the famous Coca-Cola script logo as a book keeper and had great penmanship. Coca-Cola was not a success in the first year. Only nine servings were sold per day in the pharmacy in the first year. The drink does not even cost $ 70 spent on creating the product. However, the company flourished in the coming years.
Another Pharmacist named Asa Candler bought the formula from Pemberton in 1887 at a cost of $ 2300. Within ten years, the soda was one of the most popular fountain drinks. Asa Candler was aggressive marketing of the product to achieve this goal. Since both Pemberton and Candler were Coca-Cola Company, the sale of the drink went up 4000 percent between 1890 and 1900.
Three versions of the soft drinks sold by three different companies in the first few years. But after a number of legal and unpleasant experiences, half Coca-Cola Company was founded in 1892 and this is the same company that exists to this day

The two main factors which contributed to Coca-Cola a big successful company today is both good business plan and advertising. In the early 20th century, Coca-Cola actually sold at the soda fountain. Other places such as ice cream shops and pharmacies were selling the soda. The business plan was simple to make syrup, add carbonated water and then distribute it to independent bottlers. These companies would sell the syrup in bottles Coke in the country.
Besides having the ability to quickly distribute Coca-Cola across the country in a convenient and cost-effective way, another advantage of the drink was its continuing aggressive marketing campaigns. Coca-Cola was easily found in many newspapers, murals and billboards in the first 20th century. Radio was also used by Coca-Cola. The drink is widely considered to have a major impact on Americans and even promoting the iconic image of Santa Claus.
Coca-Cola is still one of the largest advertisers in today's world. Radio, print, film, television and web are not only used by Coca-Cola advertising, but advertisers were also used that use sport and other promotional events. One of the radio spots during the year 1970 even a hit song "I want the world to learn to sing."
Coca-Cola has enjoyed enormous success and is now found in over 200 countries worldwide.

Is there really a difference between Coca Cola and Pepsi Cola?

Coke or Pepsi? How many times have you heard of this question. It's a rivalry as old as the hills and the still unresolved – and probably never will be! If you are as old as I am, you probably think of the taste test commercials of the year 1970 and 1980, where the consumer has the Coke vs. Pepsi challenge. I remember in college at one of our football, they have a Coke vs. Pepsi Challenge was founded. I took it and took Coke! Did you know Coke was invented in 1886 by pharmacist named John Pemberton? He thought the operation brew in Atlanta, Georgia. The first glass of Coca Cola was sold on May 8, 1886 at the soda fountain of a place called Jacob's Pharmacy. And here's something I bet you did not know: the first recipe for Coke actual extracts of real cocaine! Today, more than one billion drinks made by Coca-Cola Company are consumed every day. Most people thin Pepsi as a relative newcomer to the scene soda, but Pepsi came along in a decade after the invention of Coke. Like Coca-Cola, Pepsi was invented by a pharmacist named Caleb Bradham, who lived in New Bern, North Carolina. He was experimenting with different mixtures of herbs, extracts and syrup to a new drink to say. His customers love his results, so he started the Pepsi-Cola Company in 1902 and the rest is history. It is interesting to note that during the First World War In the year 1920, Pepsi went in hard times and went bankrupt. The savior of the company was a man named Charles Guth, owner of a successful candy manufacturing company. Guth was looking for a way to happen in soft drinks and agitated with Coke, Pepsi, so he invested in and saved the company. So almost from the beginning, it was a Coke vs. Pepsi situation.
