Where can I sell collectible Barbies other than Ebay?
I have some collectible Barbies. They are all NRFB (never out of box) and NIP (new in packaging – Does accessories are in original packaging). Some of them are 1988, 1989, 1990 and 1991 Holiday Barbies. Ebay prices are way below book value and market value for these Barbies. Where else can they be sold? I'm looking specifically to a place that caters to collectors similar to Ebay. A market is not a good choice, nor is a garage sale. These items are going for pretty cheap. The items I have are not cheap.
E-bay, Amazon Marketplace and Craigslist are the best bets. By the way, collectible Barbies have declined in value in the last few years (with some exceptions). If you want to send me your list of Barbies, I will tell them specific values, you can determine if E-bay is a fair place to sell them not. or from 2:51 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on October 24, 2010, the values of the Barbies are as below follows: 1988 $ 70 1989 Holiday Barbie Holiday Barbie Holiday Barbie 1990 $ 50 $ 25 $ 20 1991 Holiday Barbie to show you how the market has changed little over 5 years ago these Barbies for triple what they were worth. Their prices can go again in the future, only time will tell for sure. On a side note, the African-American dolls from this year to get a higher price, because less of each doll was made.
