Common causes of hair loss
It is quite natural for a person to lose 50 to 100 hairs a day on its renewal of the body. But Most of the people at least once in their lives suffer from severe hair loss. There may be various reasons behind this, such as medication, chemotherapy, radiation exposure and certain chemicals, nutritional and hormonal factors, thyroid disease, skin disease or stress, etc.
In most cases hair loss is temporary, but in certain cases may be permanent, depending on the severity of the disease. Some of the most common causes of hair loss are explained here.
HORMONAL
Hormones are stimulant to hair growth and causes hair loss problems. Hormones affect heavily our hair growth. These affect both male and female hair health.

This condition can be ruled by eating a diet rich in protein and other essential nutrients.
Low serum iron

Low iron levels in the body can be detected by laboratory tests and can be corrected by a diet rich in iron and iron pills.
Disease or condition
