Learn how to make a knitted doll
Many times, you have some free time and you are confused as what do we do? There are many good ideas at that time utilize efficiently and creatively. One of them is making or designing a number of craft work. Craft is the art or skill to do something in an artistic way. There are many of traditional ideas such as candle making, scrapbooking, fabric painting, painting projects, knitting etc. Among these, knitting is the most popular craft work for women and many of them love to knit soft toys including dolls.
Requirements for making a knitted doll
The knitted doll is very soft and easy to make. You can find it with a soft yarn for babies that really will be a gift for your child. For this, you have a pair of scissors, darning needles, ruler, needles of size 8, cream colored ball of yarn "or" no other color you prefer, a piece of 5 / 16 dark blue ribbon and 5 / 16 blue elastic.
Steps to a knitted doll
1. You must stabbing cast on 34 with the help of soft colored yarn, but do not forget to end a 5-inch leaves that later sewing.
2. You have to knit eight rows, so that the bottom of the doll is formed.
3. Then the pattern of pop to the body of and for this you need to knit one row, one row purl until you complete 62 rows.
4. Then vote for your stabbing and cut the fabric of the ball of yarn to leave 5 inches that you will later sewing.

7. Once you finish the knitting, you roll and shape in the form of a doll. You have to fix fabric face down on the surface but the back towards you to keep flat.
8. Then roll the edges from each end, so they meet in the middle, but do not forget to keep curled edge in size.
9. Now, turn the knitted piece that you have rolled over your work surface. In this way, the rolled-edge work surface and the other with eight rows of knitting to you.
10. Fold the rolled fabric almost in half and the edge of the side you just folded to be touching the top of the eight knitted rows.
11. Then the folded fabric taut with one hand and wrap the elastic twice folded area nearly half inches from the top. This will be the head of the doll and also secure the folds into the body of the doll form.
12. Well, part of the rollout the folded fabric in the elastic, but you have to unroll the fabric until you see the similarity of the arms on either side of the body and knitted areas stretched between them.
13. Now flip the rolled section below the elastic part of the head. This will be a hood over the head with rolled arms around the elastic that divides and creates the neck and hands.
14. You have up to 15 inch length of cut tight blue ribbon and blue ribbon to wrap the cap back to front in the same position as the elastic. You can tie a bow in the blue ribbon with the bow for the doll. You can trim the end of the ribbon at a slant.
So, you have a knitted doll you can gift to your children or as a decorative craft paper.
