Lifelike baby dolls dressed as Disney characters make a great gift for the Disney collector who has everything
Disney collectibles are still a hot ticket item with collectors, probably because they hold and may even increase in value as they age. Do I have my daughter in a beauty pageant?
My daughter is 4 years old and is such a girlie girl. She loves to play dress up and put her on kiddie makeup. She loves wearing dresses and skirts and even lil kitten heels. She loves shopping for clothes and shoes. She loves her dolls and every girl stuff. Quite the opposite of me when I was a little girl. She saw a beauty pageant on TV and now she keeps telling me that she wants to be a beauty contest. I'm not sure I want to be harassed, but they will. Should I try?
I would not recommend it. The girls are caked in makeup and hair products. By the time they reach the 20 will probably a bad your skin / wrinkles of all makeup and her hair will more than likely be fried / damaged from all the curling / straiightening / styling. She will probably end up becoming obsessed with beauty and beautiful face problems of insecurity, or even develop eating disorders.
