The Dollhouse
Consider how old you are. Now, to determine how old you feel. Maybe those numbers are the same. For many of you, they will not, they will be totally different numbers. Many of you find it a strange experience, to learn about growing and developing, from scratch.
Development of your baby that you were, to the adult you are now, following a "path." The road to an entire adult requires that certain tasks, learn some basic principles, as well as receive certain forms of support. Each step in the right direction on that path, you helped your current level of emotional development objectives. Every experience, moment of discovery, and learning, prior to today, has built on the former. It is the foundation of who you are.
The nests Doll
Say you are looking for a nesting Pop. "You've seen this before, and the beautiful, intricate, hand-painted dolls that fit together, each larger and larger to fit into the greater. Each doll is separated and can stand on his one, but together they create a larger doll, that holds all the smaller dolls inside. That doll is you. Each stage of your emotional development can stand on its own, as one of the smaller dolls. Just as you did at every stage of life, each doll has its own memories, beliefs, experiences and lessons. These smaller dolls fit together, creating who you are, and your emotional self today.
Get stuck
What happens if I pop a broken, scratched or cracked? It is quite possible that it would not "fit" or get "stuck." Similarly, if we grow we also have traumatic events, important experiences and feelings that leave us feeling stuck. Even though "it's in the past" that pop, that phase of our development is affected. It is likely at that age, then we may not have healthy self-beliefs, perceived support, we have learned or experienced natural growth. Instead, the developmental task was skewed, and the healthy development lessons are not learned. Instead, negative feelings, thoughts, feelings, images and beliefs remain.
On a subconscious level every developmental stage, or pupa, is nested inside of you. The experiences from your history attempt to replay themselves, often resulting in you recreate them, the energy of the past release. Without knowing it, you can still try those unmet needs. Unfortunately, these needs do not agree with the needs of the elderly, aspects of yourself, Your chronological age, or even people around you.
People sometimes find that they can feel older or younger than their real age. Some have always felt older, and have always been known as a "little adult." Others have the experience of always "feeling like a child." There are a number of people who may experience a sort of "flip-flop" between different ages, depending on the situation. Anyway, the stage that is nested inside you is "stuck" and should be released.
Negative core beliefs
Maybe someone had the experience, as a toddler, be punished or shamed for exploring new things. Maybe instead of wanting to do what is normal at that age, to explore and "get into everything," the toddler was experiencing a kind of abuse. The child learns the wrong lesson "It's okay to want to explore." Instead, the child learns a negative core belief that "hangs" that nested doll, that stage: "I'm too much", "I can not," "I am not able," "I'm afraid."
That same child, now an adult, when faced with new experiences, or changes, is probably the same core beliefs and negative feelings have. Instead of embracing and exploring new things, maybe there's debilitating anxiety, triggers the abuse, or self-destructive statements arising from the negative core beliefs learned in the past.
Our negative core beliefs in the subconscious, and grow with us. They nest in every phase of our development. If we babies, toddlers, school age, adolescents and adults, these beliefs are unconscious, but known to be explored. They are part of us and those situations are like magnets, experiences to attract and people trying to "prove" these negative core beliefs as true. They are embedded in the original experience, and attempt to sabotage our conscious wants, needs and desires. For example, although a person is in recovery, and deliberately seeking to sobriety, a belief that "I do not deserve to be healthy "May need continuous sabotage. If we fall back, for example, a vicious circle, and the unconscious" holds "the original negative core beliefs. It takes the fall as "proof" of the truth. Learning where that belief originates from the key to releasing her grip.
Unstuck
Exploring one's childhood, and examining its impact on your development is the key to healing and self discovery. I ask my clients, when they are most concerned, to connect with their age and how old they feel at that moment. Often, people find an image, thought, feeling or sensation that tells them that they do not in the "now". Instead, they recreate an experience from their past, connected with that feeling, feeling, image, or thought. Eventually we find the developmental stages where the dolls are "stuck" and release them through the processing of these often painful childhood experiences. Clients then learn and recover from the healthy lessons, feelings and experiences of these developmental stages. It is then that people started saying things like "I feel my real age and I feel grown up." It is that they can stop feeling stuck, not to the next stage along their development path forward.

1. Dogs, especially little pins are not intended for purses. Ever. Purses for purses and sunglasses. Only very rarely need a very small dog should be toted around (like going to the vet and while traveling). 2. Take your dog in doll clothes. Most dogs do not really nice. I only put sweaters on my dog in cold weather, when they really appreciate. Doll Clothes do not really heat. If your min pin is in cold weather, you can simply use a sweater.
