Dancing With the Stars: Marie Osmond Returning to Television?
The last season of Dancing with the Stars Marie Osmond recommended that we all did not expect that reach such heights as they did in the league. Despite unexpected death of her father and fainting on camera, the entertainment personality made her way to the last three with her partner Jonathan Roberts, who helped her to Julianne Hough and Helio Castroneves and Melanie Brown and Maksim Chmerkovskiy compete in the final. Marie's stint on Dancing with the Stars has earned her a lot of new fans who are glad to hear that they might appear soon on television.
Rumors say that Marie will work with her brother, Donnie Osmond, who happened to Dancing with the Stars was a correspondent for Entertainment Tonight in the last season.
"Sources have indicated that there is interest from networks and syndicators in the pair, "the Washington Post reported, adding that" talks revolve around hosting duties for reality series in primetime and a syndicated daytime talk show. "
Both Donnie and Marie had built a career in the entertainment industry, spearheading a number of TV shows in recent decades, including various programs Donnie & Marie, which ran from 1976 to 1979 and a talk show with the same name which ran from 1998 to 2000. On her own, Mary has worked with a variety show and a sitcom, both of short duration. In the year 1980, she appeared on Ripley's Believe it or not, and has worked movies on TV.
Besides her TV work, Marie also garnered success in the form of a gold record for her album Paper Roses in 1973. She also had a run on Broadway, and later co-founder of the Children's Miracle Network John Schneider of Dukes of Hazzard movie. Since 1991, Marie had a thriving pop business as well.
Henceforth, the fans have to wait and as Marie and Donnie will indeed return to television after her successful stint on Dancing with see the Stars.
