What lingerie?
In the plain, boring definition of lingerie, this means that each type of linen item that women wear under their outer garments, such as sleep or carry for more intimate reasons. This is an umbrella term for all women wearing either under or behind closed doors. These can include everyday items such as bras, sports bras, underwear, pantyhose and even those frumpy pajamas with frogs all over them.
For the purposes of this explanation, however, let's peel another layer and to focus more on the word intimate. We all know what intimacy means and I do not really want to get into the definition, because it is more of a class that I would like to talk about.
Lingerie, intimate apparel in the more sense garments that a woman feel sexy, sensual and wonderfully feminine. And that's where my cryptic answer beginning, because every woman has a different opinion on what makes them feel feminine and sexy.
For the main opinion, lingerie tends to silk and satin, the lace and materials to see the bright colors and playful prints. Bras can be classified as lingerie as they lace trim or shiny fabrics. Bold colors or prints are another indicator the lingerie bra and if you match with a panty in the same colors and fabrics, well, you have a set that will make blood boil.
Nightwear that curve hugging and made of a variety of cool materials like satin and silk are considered to be intimate lingerie. They can be of any length, a crevice in the side or have a low neckline or they can just hang out in an elegant manner. Nightgowns also hand embellishments or are entirely made lace are also classified as intimate lingerie.
Finally, lingerie may be of the more exotic items, you know the one, those things that you do not want anyone but your boyfriend to know that you have. They can be fairly easily with a pair of gloves and perhaps a revealing neckline with a snap crotch. Nothing too daring, but they can also step over the edge and are tempted to sin of innocent fun with buttons, feathers and sequins. They can be made of all substances of the less risky items, but they can also be made with sheer fabric or leather. In general, Irish coach and baby doll nightdresses grouped with the exotic lingerie, but with less embellishment these two items can be quite harmless in comparison with other outfits.
In the end, yes, lingerie, the daily underwear, but like women, lingerie can be so much more.

Can not remember the name of these dolls in his late 80's-early 90?
They were these dolls that were all plastic including the hair, you took the head off of them and put a battery in. Each doll would do something else. One ran, one sat in a chair and lifted her arms, a crawling, weaning a one sucked … They were probably about 6 inches long, I used to buy them at KB Toys and Toy's R Us all the time when I was younger. One can have perfect image in my head was the one who walked, and she had a blue dress / nightgown looking thing with little plastic pink shoes …. Anyone know where I'm talking about?
