Santa Claus as an entrepreneur
Most people think Santa Claus only works one night per year. Nothing could be further from the truth. Sure, product distribution is place on one magical night, but Santa's operation runs year round and is one of the largest manufacturing and distribution operations worldwide.
You probably never considered the fact that Santa is the CEO of a large organization with a wide range of products not only spread throughout the world, but does so in one night with only a sled and eight tiny reindeer. Sam Walton would have killed to Santa's logistics manual.
I believe in Santa Claus? You bet your red longjohns I do. I especially believe Entrepreneurship of Santa Claus. Think of all he does from an entrepreneurial perspective and I think you'll start to believe it.
Santa has his own company spokeswoman
Santa is a brilliant marketer and know that his image is the best marketing tool he has. No other face is so recognizable and no other operator has inspired so many songs. You'll never hear "an ode to Jack Welch" on the radio ten times a day.
Santa's Customers Love Him
Just say his name around a group of children watching their faces light up like Rudolph's nose. Bill Gates, you'll never get that kind of reaction. Heck, he can not even his own children smile.
Santa raises the bar for all operators
When a list of the characteristics of the perfect entrepreneur, Santa gets the highest marks. He has passion for his work. He loves his customers and will go to great lengths to ensure that they are happy. He has the ability to spot consumer trends and bring products to market quickly. He can lead a large organization with a wink of his eye. He inspires people around him. He is tireless. He is dedicated. He is loyal. He is persistent. Above all, he is happy. Name one other gay business (other than Dave Thomas of Wendy's fame). I bet you can not.
Santa is a great leader
Can you imagine trying to manage a few hundred giddy elves that are trapped in the year and spend their free time drinking spiked hot chocolate and doing who knows what fairy dust? It would be enough for even the best of entrepreneurs to hide in the Arctic. Somehow Santa manages the job without pulling out his whiskers. I expect him to a management system that promotes from within. The hard-working elves to get into management. The Slackers are cleaning up after the reindeer.
Santa perfected "Just In Time" Manufacturing
Santa heads up one of the largest, most diverse facilities in the world. Its product lines range from rag dolls to toy trains to rocking horses for baseball gloves for children, to iPods and mobile phones and diamond rings for us big kids. Santa's factory running throughout the year, twenty four hours per day, seven days a week and never, ever suffer cost overruns or production shutdowns. Santa perfected the "just in time" method of production that is used by many leading manufacturers in the world today.
Santa Pioneered Global Product Distribution
Santa is the king of single channel distribution. How else could he deliver millions of presents to good little girls and boys around the world on a single night? Santa's distribution process is a closely guarded secret (and elves reindeer are required to sign nondisclosure agreements strong), but I expect it is a very detailed plan and logistics best CRM software on the planet. You hear Santa never call a child a gift and told them backordered until July.
Santa's Delivery & Tracking Systems are unmatched
If you think FedEx is number one in keeping packages think again. Santa's track record is spotless. He never, never missed an episode or left a box sitting on the porch in the rain. Each package comes in perfect condition, right under the tree.
Santa wrote the book on customer satisfaction
Santa has a proud 100% perfect customer satisfaction. You never hear about class action lawsuits and Better Business Bureau complaints against St. Nick. Santa makes his customers happy and if they are not, he will come back next year to make things right. If JD Power could find him, I'm sure they would give their Christmas Santa Customer Satisfaction Award.
Santa Claus is watching you
Not everyone believes that Santa is the perfect entrepreneur. Some people complain that children Santa never brings what they ask, but we adults know that the gift Santa, which brings earned, not necessarily the gift requested.
Here's a little tip from your Uncle Tim Christmas, boys and girls, ladies and gentlemen: If you have a lump of coal in your stocking this year is because you are bad and that is what you earned.
It was not because Santa dropped the ball.

My hubby and I got married this yr 1yr he left to work on our first wedding anniversary and when We have married him choose a ring that if he does not like her very uncomfortable. So he bought the ring when we could not afford that he has no idea So in a special way to present help here is my list so far! in Russian dolls on the Christmas tree in a Christmas ornament in Xmas cracker box, big to small as a coffee / beer around a teddy bear in a fortune cookie any other ideas you have and what would you go for iPhone? thanks in advance wendy.x
The Russian doll thing sounds original, but I would definitely to take notes from so he knows he must keep open the others until he. If not, he can just look at it, say it is cool, and not even ask what can be in the rest of them. Good luck =)
