A Look At The World of Warcraft Profession Enchanting
Enchanting demands the use of certain components that can only be gathered by disenchanting magical items. Using these ingredients enchanters can make items more powerful. Wizards use their magic recipes to grant permanent enlargement of weapons, armor and other equipment.
Enchanting is a higher level Profession, thus demanding more work than most professions. The wizard does not generate items directly from the skill, but instead makes existing items better. To achieve higher levels of enchanting, enchanters often must repeatedly cast enchantments on their friend's equipment, sell enchantments to other players, or offer free enchantments.
Another object for enchanters is gathering magic items to disenchant the magical reagents needed to collection. Appealing to a guild is usually the easiest since guild members send you items to disenchant. Another alternative is spending money to buy materials, buying trade skill items to disenchant, or using a high level character trying to get disenchant magical items. Additionally, enchanters must also work with other Profession masters to a few other reagents required to create charming.
The "enchanting trainer" will start the player with the top-level enchanting. Ask a guard for directions to a trainer. To begin enchanting, look for the enchanting icon in the abilities book (hit "p"). Spells sometimes require specific components that can be bought from the market traders. Magicians have a runed copper rod, and later a runed silver rod to perform certain enchantments. They will need to get this basic rod from a blacksmith (or buy) and then enchant the rod themselves. Higher level enchants require more advanced / powerful rods.
Choose the proper enchantment in the enchanting window, and press the enchant icon on your action bar (or the corresponding hotkey). Then click on the desired item to enchant. This may be reached on the items with your character in your inventory.
A system of enchanting items for other players to non-trade slot to use in the trading screen window. Inform the other player to the item they wish to enchant in trade screen window. Then the magician, the magic to do on the item in the trading screen. Place your pointer over the item and shows that the item is enchanted and that it will not be traded. You both touch trade, the player receives the item back, and the enchantment will be finished. You can only enchant one item at a time in the trade screen window. Players should not give you their items to have enchanted. It should only be made through the trading screen window, without trading the items.
Some required ingredients can be purchased from the enchanting supplier. They sell things like copper rods, simple wood, star wood, and may also have some rare limited supply items.
