Enchanted Tales

Enchanted Life
Fairy tales usually bring to life a fantasy about countries, kings and queens, wizards, fairies and witches, trolls and talking animals. They take us to a place where the poor rich and the poor get strong. Stories, (although not all fairies, like Hansel and Gretel or Little Red Riding Hood) are fantasy and unreal scenario. The more unreal the idea, the more enchanting story.
If the classic children's stories, you see that the real fascination with fairy tales the comparison between fantasy and reality. Readers and viewers know the movies and stories are not part of reality. How many wolves talk, you know that? And why should old women eating children? Who would not want to be princess? How easy it is to kill a dragon?
Imagination is a great tool for mankind since the Stone Age. People have thought things they have never seen and progress has been fueled. When Jules Verne wrote "20 miles under the sea" are fiction, and imaginary underwater ship led to an idea in the minds of people to build the first submarine.
Fantasies, fairy tales and science fiction stories about an unreal world and a great incentive for people's imagination, becoming a great source of joy and creativity.
In the beginning, stories passed down from generation to generation, or from one place to another by storytellers. The enthusiasm and accuracy of each story was at the mercy of the storyteller and sharp memory. In those days, every time the same story was told, varied details, characters and scenes changed to fit the audience. Later, written books helped to maintain the accuracy of the story. Trading was a great way for storytellers to give their messages and keep those stories alive.
The next phase of each story was to add photos. This was a great way to help people see things they had never seen and could not imagine: dragons, trolls, monsters, witches and fairies. Picture books opened a new era of the imagination. An important part of this evolution was the comic book.
The next stage in the evolution of fairy tales was the birth of Motion Pictures – Animation. Walt Disney, was such a great visionary who dreamed of the times when all people, young and old would animation. Sure enough, not too long after his first creation, cinemas are full of with people.
While animation was still limited to pictures drawn, advanced technology has made the film makers advanced storytellers. Juggles with a camera, people can disappear in a cloud of dust, animals can talk, outer space can be recreated and fascinating creatures to life. Some of them look so real difference between fantasy and reality become blurred.
Last week we saw "Enchanted", a fantasy film in which characters have entered the real world. The film compared the worlds. Surprisingly, it appeared that the fantasy characters from real people, that life can be so much better if they believed in good things.

No fairytale books to recommend?
I enjoyed reading stories when I was younger, but there are books you would recommend for young adults (18-24 years old)? ive read Spindle's End, Ella Enchanted, east, Confessions of an Ugly Stepsister, Mirror Mirror and other books of that sort. Thanks!
bartimaus read the trilogy … omg it's sooo good. I read all those books you mentioned, so I try to come up with some good. The one I finished today was named Life Thumps and the Gateway to Foo by Obert Skye. I had expected the lame (because of the name) but it was really good. Also try A company of Swans by Eva Ibbotsen. other books its also good. Do you have the Abhorsen books? Garth Nix is actually my favorite author ever. He also wrote the Keys to the Kingdom series, which is great. Ragwitch not read, though, unless you like darker books. Authors may include: Tamora Pierce, Robyn Wright (Already Spindle's End), Scott Westerfield, Gail Carson Levine (you ella), Andrew Lang (For the actual stories), Jenny Nimmo (for really easy read, written for a younger audience), Patricia Wrede, Terry Prachet, and Anne McCaffery. I can not think of anyone else at the moment but it should give you enough for a while!
