Barbie games, Matchbox cars and other toys have seen some dramatic changes over the years.
Ever wondered what happens to the toys we have left? Those with children of their own ability to get the latest versions of old favorites again, but for those still had an excuse not to check-Sketch Etch-E 2.0, here is a failure.
Realistic Barbie
Doctor, lawyer and killer stewardess, Barbie has done it all in three heels and tiny skirts. But now, after almost fifty years of controversy, Barbie has a new, thicker look. The original Barbie was designed on a scale of 1 / 6. This means that real life Barbie would have been 5'9. "The proportions of Barbie, however, were completely unrealistic. She would have had a 36 inch bust and 18 inch waist. Its original weighing 110 pounds would make her at least 35 pounds underweight for her height.
But after years of concern and contempt Barbie promoting unhealthy body images and unrealistic standards for young women who played with the many versions of the doll, Barbie has a new wife. In 2000, Barbie was a heel and a wider waist. Her waist also moved up into a more natural position, supposedly more modern fashion fit properly anymore, but some wonder whether the changes are a long-awaited response to the criticism. Waistlines aside, Barbie games are becoming intensely popular with girls of all ages, and Barbie games are also gone online where they reach even more enthusiastic fans.
Lite-Brite Flat Screen
Like the flat screen in your living room? Modern flat screen technology has a wide range and now you can enjoy a flat-screen technology while you play with your Lite-Brite. Decades ago, Lite-Brite took little colored pins and backlit the designs you through black paper made with a standard incandescent bulb. The set-up was big, bulky, but good for hours of fun.
Today, you can use a boxy setup or the new flat. If you choose the box, you now have four sides to choose from. Gone is the console-style backing instead of a new designed illuminated cube ready for your latest and best designs – four at a time, that is. Or keep things compact, but to opt for flat-LITE BRITE place. While it may not HD, it's definitely a step up from what we had a short generation ago.
Matchbox Cars
You could have played with Hot Wheels or Matchbox, but the style cars was the same. Tiny metal cars to collect, buried in the sandbox and let painful feet are enjoyed generations of his vehicle enthusiasts. Today, the basics are the same but the styles and accessories are very updated. Of course, the cars produced today are an indication of available vehicles lines produced around the world.
Other than that, children are charged with Matchbox cars have much more to do with their cars than we have a generation ago. If we were lucky, we could go a number and possibly a disaster for our cars secure. All sound effects and aerial acrobatics were performed by the driver – you. Today You can buy the basic cast cars, or you can branch out and buy the one making noise, playing inspiring music, or walking on their own. Accessories for cars include Detailed cities, racetracks and parks where cars can be levered or moved without your support. While most of the Matchbox car faithful to the classic nature of the toys, if you have a digital micro-car experience, it is readily available.
