The Great Park City Real Estate Red Ledges
It's a common enough feeling around Park City, Utah. Balancing on a precipice, your heart is a drum beat when you think about The steep winding current loss under your feet. You take a deep, steadying breath and prepare to safely negotiate the collapse site.
But it is not winter, it is summer. You wear a collared shirt and Bermuda shorts, no goggles and Gore-Tex. You were transported by golf cart, not chairlift. You are on the first tee of one of the nation's most exciting new golf experiences – Red ledges, in Heber, Utah.
This is the 200th U.S. course designed by Jack Nicklaus prominent. And this milestone Of course, with its expansive views, up-and-down sensibility, beautiful sandstone outcroppings and grip-and-throat-tightening uphill approach shots, put the decade-long trend of steady metamorphosis Park City, a high-end golf destination.

Anthony Burns is the former CEO of Ryder Systems, she of the ubiquitous yellow trucks. His partner at Red Ledges is Nolan Archibald, who still occupies a throne similar to Black & Decker. Next post multi-billion dollar conglomerates, both men have deep roots Utah.
"I am surprised that in just two years since the groundbreaking, Red Ledges will open what we believe will be the best course in the West," said Tony Burns, whose master plan will eventually include 1200 homes on 2000 acres, tennis and equestrian facilities and a spa. "We are grateful to Jack Nicklaus, who helped to make our long-cherished vision come to life. "
The architect himself was also pleased with the end result, and its ability to assimilate a number of significant height in a seamless whole. "Since The topography of this area is so beautiful and diverse, we were challenged to remain true to the Red Ledges vision by planning each hole around its natural environment, "said golf's" Golden Bear. "
"We were able to settle a number of holes around the famous sandstone ridges and locate other holes in juniper bushes. I'm happy with how the course is shown. "

Why do roots of red maple tree growing on top of the ground?
