Fropper ezBlog Contest – Keeping in mind the popularity of self-expression through blogging, Fropper has introduced the ezBlog contest, where users can blog, or short essays about their best friends on Fropper post.

I have Photoshop Elements 6?
I'm still learning, my question is, am I able to make a glitter picture or a moving picture, so yeah, can someone me the basics on how to make them,,, if not, I must buy another,,, thanks so much
