Skin Care Primer Hands

How 'hand-made is a product must be seen as a hand-made product?
Obviously hand-made products these days all require machinery or modern tools in some form. Products, such as the Aston Martin DB9 and Louis Vuitton bags are considered and advertised as handmade, but I've seen videos with their production, which shows the use of many machines. If a product is 99% made by a machine (eg laser cut), but 1% hand made (eg, hand finished and painted), can be advertised as a hand-made product?
Yep, 1% in some circles. IMO This is false advertising and at least 50 +% are eligible
