15 Tips for Avoiding Foot Pain in the high-heeled shoes
It's OK to wear high heels. In fact, with at least one inch heel boots recommended for people with flat feet, tight calves and arch pain. But, once the heel is higher than 1.5, the amount of force transferred to the ball of the foot significantly increases. Common problems created or exacerbated as a result of long-term wear of high heels, bunions, hammer toes, calf contraction (which can lead to Achilles tendinitis) and ball of foot pain, including metatarsalgia, neuromas and sesamoiditis. To help prevent or minimize these problems, follow these simple steps:
For daily use, stick with 1-1.5 inch heels.
Save the 3 "and higher heels for occasional dinners and events.
Not wearing the same heels every day. Rotate your shoes, wearing of styles and heel heights every day.
Choose a wider heel with higher heels. A wider, thicker heel will ensure stability in the shoe and maintaining balance.
For high heels, choose shoes with thicker tires. Although strappy high heels can go well with certain outfits, the less material on the shoe, the less support you will have to lead to balance problems.
Make sure the shoe fits. If you're too tight a leash because your foot to slide off the shoe, the shoes are too big. If your toes cramped in the shoe stand and walk, the shoes are too small.
Choose high-heeled sandals with back straps. High heels sandals without a strap are a recipe for disaster. There is very little material on the shoe to the foot and the potential for a much bigger fall.
Make sure the base fits well into the heel area. In high heels, the foot will slide forward. How greater the height of the heel, the greater chance of the foot to slide forward. A shoe with a small heel will give a more better fit at the heel. This adds stability and helps to mouth prevented from moving forward.
Avoid shoes with high heels with a steep slope. Some high heels have a sharp drop from the heel to the toes. The steeper the slope, the less contact with the bow and less stability and support. The more gradual the slope, the better the fit.
Massage your feet after one day or evening in high heels. For arch pain, roll your foot over a frozen sports water bottle.
Stretch both the foot and calf after wearing high heels. Stretching the bow, the rest of your foot to the other knee and pull the toes back.
Wear low heels around the house. Change shoes when you come home and spend the evening without heels on. This will be your foot to adapt to the plane and help keep stretch your calf ..
Try insoles in your high heels. Research has shown that shoe inserts designed for comfort and high heels reduction in force and pressure on the ball improvement of the foot.
Use metatarsal pad under the ball of the foot. Place a thin pad in the shoe, the area under the ball of the foot pad and adding damping.
Not to ignore foot problems. If foot pain begins to develop, seek medical attention.

How can I learn in 4 inch high heels walk comfortably?
I have several pairs of shoes with high heels, but I struggle to make them walk in a long time. All my high heels are 4 inches in height and I have no lower. I have a problem when I do walk, one foot does not roll when I walk heel toe, because the foot is going flat. I would love to be able to walk in them more often than I do. So, how can I learn to be comfortable in 4 inch high heels walk?
Stretch your back as you walk your butt to poke more than usual, your shoulders back are almost like creating your shoulder blades touch, and when you walk make sure your heel touches the ground, but if you take a step, put the weight on your toes Instead of the heel (like walking on your toes) that way you will not wobbly and fall to the side.
