Hiking Desert

The White Desert of Egypt, it is worth
The pyramids of Giza, the Temple of Luxor, Abu Simbel and the Valley of the Kings, all these attractions are everyone should see the top of the list in Egypt, but very few manage to find the time to hop into a 4×4 and the remote destination of the White Desert to explore.
For one thing a journey to the center of the country is too expensive, time consuming and difficult to plan. However, a 3-day trip from the Downtown Cairo Dahab Hostel booked for a spot price of the 450th ($ 80) per person for 2 nights and 3 days. The trip includes all meals and transfers to visit the hot springs, a 4×4 driving in the sand dunes which never forget and an extraordinary night Bedouin-style camp in the White Desert.
A five-hour ride takes you from downtown Cairo bus station to the small town of Bahariya, the jumping off point for safaris in the desert in the interior of Egypt. The scenery is spectacular. Vast rolling dunes disappear in the clear blue sky as far as your eye
can see.
By mid-afternoon, the coach arrives at the house where travelers are fed with a traditional Bedouin meal of potatoes and red sauce, with rice, pita and sweet tea. Delicious. Not much time to settle in well, because within the hour you are back on the road to head to the main attraction.
Make sure you buy a traditional head scarf before leaving the compound to keep the sand from your face and for warmth at night, for the next two days are filled with extreme climates, that even the most seasoned traveler will surprise you.
Hopping into the back of a 4×4 jeep, gives a real sense adventure. Bumps along the road in the sand surrounded by intense heat makes you fell like you're in an Indiana Jones movie.
It's not long until the Black Desert, a beautiful prelude to the forthcoming White Desert to enter. Climbing a high peak can look forward to a great desert vista. Black pebbles erosion caused by blowing in from the mountains to cover throughout the country, turning to an ominous dark shadow.
Make sure to keep with the feeling that you really are traveling off the beaten track, you will go through a few security check points and roadblocks with armed guards. The kick is worth it, because the moment you are accepted by Check Point number two, the terrain is at once a landscape that looked white as a blanket of snow has just fallen to the ground.
White monoliths protrude from the sand and larger and more impressive until you reach your final destination. A camp surrounded by the most fantastic rock formations seen on this planet. Giant pure white images resemble mushrooms, camels and hawks scatter the landscape. Made of chalk, these works formed by wind and erosion. Tough enough to walk on, yet so fragile that they can flake off with the stroke of a hand.
Bedouin guides to prepare the camp hanging traditional walls made of thick material. They cover the ground with blankets and start a fire you warm. Three colorful walls surround the camp to block the wind with the front to open fire. The homeless shelter continues to reveal the stars and everyone huddles together to arrange for an exciting evening in the middle of the Sahara desert.
Day two starts with a hearty breakfast and then it's back to Bahariya for an unforgettable adventure through 4×4 steep dunes. The ride is long and full of excitement as people tossed hitting heads on the roof but laugh through the entire drive. The hot springs are a welcome change from the high-energy excitement.
The day ends with a walk to a plateau for a last look at the desert landscape and take in the final position of the mythical Sahara desert. It is perhaps not the most popular ride at an Egyptian route, but it's certainly the most spectacular and thriling, giving each adventure unique memories that you will experience in your life will rival.

Games to play outdoors in a desert environment, with a large group of people?
Taking a group of usually not beyond the kind of people who go to desert. Walking, rockhounding, etc. does not interest them. Anyone know a good sized group games?
try to play paintball (war game) Type ….. the radius of the play area should be around four kilometers and 1 to 5 ppl …. 10 km and 6-15 ppl … 15 km and 16-30 ppl … it's a fun game to play with many ppl .. more better .. . but you must carefully plan the game and get the right equipment … the game can result in an overall care plan as nice and may result in a total failure and the problems if something went wrong
