Duff also credits Pilates for her weight loss.

Hilary Duff is happy and healthy. She certainly looks better than ever, her body is lean and muscular and let her eat her diet! Celebrities Hilary Duff is such a positive role model for younger girls.
Because the star is hit TV series Lizzie Mcquire (aimed at a very young girl) she must abide by a healthy image. Children are smarter than you think, things they see around them and mimic the behavior and body image that glorify celebrities who are portrayed.

The hardest part of puberty for girls is not only periods, the size of their hips and develop curves. Hilary Duff is living proof that embracing a nice curvy body.

Why is Hilary Duff for another compilation album?
They released "Most Wanted" in 2005 and "4ever" in Italy in 2006. Now she the release of "Best of Hilary Duff" in 2008 similar to "Most Wanted" apart from the fact that the "Dignity" singles recorded two new songs and a remix of the two new songs. I think they should have waited a few albums before releasing another.
