1 in 5 his first time home buyers buyers
According to mortgage broker John Charcol, just over 20% of buyers use their services in April 2009 were first time buyers.
Lenders begin their requirements for first time buyers lower. HSBC now just beginning a 10% deposit required for first time buyers and since previous week, Lloyds are offering 95% mortgages (tires included).
There are also a number of government-supported schemes offering shared ownership schemes, very low interest loans for people earning less than £ 60,000, the most important employees or tenants of the Council, and many more initiatives to help first time buyers. Be aware of what's on offer and make the most of them!
Plus of course, house prices have fallen since last year by about 15% and is thought to stabilize almost at the bottom of the trough. Although they are still expected, they are not expected to fall much further.
And interest rates are the lowest they have ever been. Fixed offers are attractive and monthly mortgage payments are a lot cheaper than it was just a few years ago. They are probably cheaper than renting and a lot less of your monthly income to take.
It's a good time to buy. There is not much demand on the market, with would-be sellers into the market, or lease their properties, but if the item you want to go find. As there will be some new properties on the market of inheritance, divorce or job relationships. And remember that sellers want a first time buyer – no chain and thus the transaction should be easy.
The economy is in recession and unemployment is expected to continue this year is likely to rise by another one million in prominent economist David Blanchflower. With this, housing activity is expected to remain moderate for the rest of the year. If you want to buy a place and you find what you then want to go – make the most of low interest rates and low prices.
But if you can not find what you feel you do not want to rush to get something. All accommodation price increases will be slow – to restore the economy and unemployment should be classified, that will not happen until next year at the earliest. And if that happens more houses come on the market making it easier for you to find what you need.

Where can I find maps of Winslow House?
I'm looking for maps of the Winslow House Frank Lloyd Wright. I have the floor plan, but i dont know where the second and third floor plan to find. Does anyone know where I can find them? Hmmm, well it would be a bit difficult for me to rob it because I'm just 4000 miles away! and have never been in America! So I do not want the plans so I can find a model to build
Have you tried your local library? I was Frank Lloyd Wright on a show at my local art museum recently and they had a couple dozen different FLW books, many of which had maps in them. I do not know if she had Winslow House, but there must be some that do.
