* George Washington was known to have had a love for ice cream! In fact, he loved ice cream so much that he had two ice machines in his house.
* Thomas Jefferson had two French ice cream makers at his home in order to make homemade ice cream. (Yes, they had homemade ice cream then) after he made his ice cream, vanilla and he would often it, which was the tradition of the French. He would also a desire for a French ice cream cake which was in the middle
* James Madison wanted to impress his guests so much ice that he had served his guests at his inaugural ball. Madison are own cows used for milk that was used to obtain the ice.
* Franklin Roosevelt demonstrated that an ice rank among the royalty deserves. He is reported to have served ice cream to King George. FDR was any type of ice cream, but went for chocolate.
* What about Ronald Reagan? In 1984, he was the one who called in July "National Ice Cream Week" and the third Sunday of that month he called "National Ice Cream Day."
Barack Obama does not like ice! Yep! His daughters, but he says he is not a "candy man." One of his daughters said that everyone should like ice cream. And we do not all agree!
John McCain has his own ice cream flavor! "Straight Talk Crunch" from Baskin Robbins. He loves it! It is made of caramel, white chocolate and almonds. Obama's called "Whirl of Change." It sure chocolate covered peanut brittle, peanut nougat and a caramel ribbon.

I like eating vanilla ice cream. It's my favorite dessert and I find it difficult not having at least three times a week. I'm tired frozen yougurt, but it does not have the same texture. Help! What can I substitute for my ice cream cravings!
