I do not even know the first time I saw a Gene Kelly movie remember, I was so little, he was just always a constant in my life. My father, Gary Colombo, was the same, he had always been alone. I used them often in the same category in my young mind. They were both built in the same way, same skin and hair, but the main common feature they shared was tap dancing. As long as I can remember I have memories of my dad dancing away in the kitchen or the supermarket. I was also ruthless dance with my own reflection in the second I could walk. One of my favorite things to do was to "Singing in the Rain" and copy and learn all the moves while singing along course try. Some children watch the same Disney animated films over and over again, I saw Gene Kelly musicals. My grandfather would even tape when they played on television and give them to me for my collection. I have officially found my first idol.
I started dance lessons at the age of four and fell in love with ballet, tap, and jazz. I was on and off when finances permitted, for the rest of my life. However, the training I got from my father never took a break. An opportunity presented itself that he would teach me a new step or song. My first voice lesson was during a car ride, he would sing a line of "Take Me Out to the Ball Game" and then I would repeat that line until I knew the whole song of the heart. Grocery trips were the perfect time to practice and shake flaps down each aisle with my two sisters, my brother was not so much in dancing, he's just a musician. I have enjoyed every minute. We have four children were constantly rehearsing Colombo and attract our own mini-show complete with music and costumes instead of playing other more typical children's games. My Dad's mom, my grandmother was a dancer and dance teacher and before that my family after he performed in vaudeville to America from Italy. I am the fourth generation of performers on the side of my father and I am always grateful for this incredible genes. My father attended AMDA in New York in the '70s and I would be a great honor to continue this tradition.
I was twelve years old and running with the rest of my family in a musical revue type show. It is in my memory for two reasons: I have to sing the role of Mary to introduce "Secret Garden" (a dream role for me at the moment), and my father sang and danced to the song "Singing in the Rain" with the umbrella and everything. He looked like Gene Kelly on stage, it will be forever embedded in my mind. It makes me extremely proud every time when I see my father to perform, it is particularly clear that it is exactly what he was born to do and nothing makes him happier than on stage. I have the same "problem." Gene Kelly was very similar, he grew up dancing and was a known perfectionist. Sometimes difficult to handle, my dad can be like this, but always committed to creating something new and different. My father often involves thinking outside of the box and create. For many years I studied everything I could get my hands on that deal Gene and all my research reminds me so much of my father's scary. I gained a lot by watching the two of them over the years. Although it will not be easy, I'm very excited to follow in their footsteps.
I was a skinny eight years old when Gene Kelly is passed, it was absolutely heartbreaking that I would never be a chance to meet him in person to get. I even wrote a song about the whole situation very day he died, entitled "Bye Bye Gene," which I performed in a showcase two years later (on request). It was an important moment in my young life, it was as if someone in my family was deceased. At least the movie Kelly made would last forever and I would always able to remember him that way. Each magical movie inspires me to keep working toward my goal of a successful artist. Gene Kelly and my father to motivate me primarily to work hard on my voice lessons and dance class. The beauty of this company is that it always can be better at their craft and there is constantly something to learn. I am moving to LA to this job study. It's the next step for me in my journey to being solely a performer on stage instead of entertaining in my leisure time or work behind the scenes. I want this is so bad I can not even words to explain my passion was just not justice. I am determined to give it my best shot and when I decided to do something I never on. I have my feisty determination right from my father and his Italian blood, but in a roundabout way of Gene Kelly. I hope I get the chance to make them both proud.

ok, Well I have two brothers and a sister of one my brother is 14 and so is my sister and my other brother is 17. for a while now my bro and sister were acting fishy they would say "oh me and Kelly (sisters) have 2 homework me and my other brother (Tom) knew that they somthin 2 wouldint homework to create a weekend. we heard sounds comin from my sisterz room as the bed shakin sounds and talkin. So me and my brother Tom went 2 see wats goin on but the door was locked, and so we didint care about it til next week what will happen the same gates. So we check the box outside the house, the blinds were up and we saw them they fuck didint see us doing 2 know what. and now me and my brother Tom that their secret would some1 tell us? What should we do?
It really is not one of your company. Neither requires the other and both seem happy with how things are. I hope they use birth control, but that's not your business. If you feel necessary to tell your parents you need a certificate (they will t believe you) after you tell expect everything to change for the worst.
