Barbie's answer to the Bratz
People who do not want nothing to do with fashion diva dolls may not know it, but even Sailor Barbie was not saved a difficult period in the last few years. Prior to this, the last five years has seen Barbie is the top glam pop icon of global fashion. But in recent times, familiar Barbie's proven and good looks, sports cars and candy-like houses were not enough to introduce just-in-cool repel, if not cooler, fashion dolls.
Bratz are known worldwide as the four teenagers who always shown as fashionista dolls dressed in the trendiest styles, the surprisingly positive response in the Christmas of their first year of the world show that girls still pro-dolls. While Barbie was a kind of contemporary princess relive many Hollyood Swan Lake, the Bratz girls were said to be realistic. Soon there were people talking about how Bratz Barbie seemed a special function that simply do not have. After Christmas of 2001, several decades to monopolize and essentially a monarchic rule the fashion doll market was bankrupt. The popularity of Bratz dress up games online also done much to bring down the popularity of Barbie.
The story is far from over however. Barbie waited and bought the time how to respond to such an attack to its domination. So what could it do Barbie? Give her the benefit of doubt, she has indeed makeovers and revision over the years mirror that were in fashion, but nonetheless stubbornly hang prep pier look at each of the Barbie-style. But not only are Bratz slightly younger and thus more suitable for youthful styles, but many buyers were Kid-dropping Barbie and Bratz to go to approach the more exciting, edgier style.
The next three years were a rough thirty percent low point in sales for Barbie. But it can not be denied that Barbie still had a huge loyal following among girls of all ages, they (and Mattel as well) had also a lot of fighting spirit. In 2004, Mattel's answer to the MGA Entertainment Bratz was a publicity campaign Barbie split with Ken to see if a singles lifestyle.
By the break-up is that Ken looks more handsome and stylish than ever, but publicists for Barbie put on hold even a near-possibility of a new relationship. Then it was suddenly Barbie's turn for a makeover, which was made public in 2007. Many say that year was the symbol of Barbie's move towards a return to the top position.
Now the rivalry between Bratz and Barbie has grown, and are definitely a tit-for-tat battle being waged in the toy store, sales charts, online games, even courtrooms, as a called the other alleged breaches of copyright. Expect pop in that new lines of both companies are now in the works that are carefully formulated to cut down the competition, Barbie and has no problem of matching Bratz dress up games online gaming. Barbie games on the internet are good ideas about how to get old fans and possibly those how fun to try Barbie dress up games. Online versions of Barbie, Bratz dressup like, have near-countless racks of wardrobe and accessories.
