Self-Love is the foundation of your life. It creates the boundaries (or infinity) to everything you experience. Do you love yourself enough to a spectacular life?
If so, what better time to show it than on Valentine's Day. (Think of the love your new year!)
And if you do not feel like you love yourself enough to make a dramatic life than the perfect Valentine's day to start shifting your beliefs and feelings in that direction.
Here's how:
Stop for a moment now and think about how you would like to be treated on Valentine's Day (or each day of celebrating your love) by your ideal romantic partner. Really let loose in your imagination. Keep your not quite. Chocolates? Roses? Diamonds? Rubies Massage? Romantic dinner? Love notes in your underwear drawer? One day adventure? A book with pictures to celebrate your love?
Really think about it and figure it out in all its glorious detail. Then, give it to yourself (either on Valentine's Day or another day this week if you are going to be busy with your real romantic partner on the actual day – but not delay, because that would send the wrong message itself).
And even if others do some things for you.
The message you send yourself (and the Universe) is: I love ME I matter to me I matter enough to me to treat myself if it were an extra special person on this festive day! of love.
Affirmation:
I love myself enough to treat myself as good or better than I would like others treat me.
