My name is Shannon and I am a freelance writer and researcher. I am also a lifelong dog lover and mother. My husband and I were looking for a new dog to add to our young family when we decided to find the best breeds of dogs for families.
I know from experience the heartache of losing a dog. My parents two of our dogs away because they do not know some important information on how to choose right dog as a pet.
We finally found a dear friend that remained with me for almost 13 years. By the time she died, we had two little girls.
