How to increase your eBay auction Hits Using One small detail
One of the most overlooked components of listing your auction on the eBay auction title. Most auctioneers just a title describing the item for bid. (Well, that seems logical, right?) In most cases, the keywords employed in the title NOT the popular keywords that eBay buyers even consider looking for. This dramatically reduces the number of hits that a particular auction was received. In addition, most eBay customers only Search eBay using only the section titles. THIS is a major mistake. Without the check box for "title and description" option, all these people miss out on the information back from the search engine to scout their desired keywords in both auction titles and contents of the auction descriptions as well. In fact, do almost 90% of searchers do not select that box. Therefore, content in the auction description useless when it comes to receiving auction hits – notably the auction title. So you should be careful when including popular keywords in your titles so that your auction does not be removed by eBay prevention. Here is an example. Let's say you have an ebook on how to make money selling through Google Adwords and you are the list of digital post in the "Everything Else> Information Products> How-To Guides" category. Under the heading for this category pulse.ebay.com these popular search terms were found at this writing: 1. money 2. build 3. 4 to sell. recipe 5. Guide 6. runescape money 7. create auction title so here are some possibilities: 1 Title: Learn the recipe for how to make money with Google Part 2: Build & Sell and Make Money Online with Google Part 3: A guide to learn how to make money with Google, the best way to figure out whether title works best for all to try and track the auction to keep the most hits, and then stick with the winning title. The idea is to strategically integrate popular keywords in your auction titles, but avoid spamming your titles. What is this? Simply put, the use of popular keywords in your titles for items that do not apply. Let We say you sell a baby doll that is NOT a Barbie doll. The keywords "Barbie" and "Barbie" are obviously looking for keywords, so if you follow Titles tried, eBay would consider spamming: Brand New Doll Barbie doll or better than brand new exotic Barbie Doll Doll is not the solution to this is that you need to get more creative. In the "Dolls & Bears" category on the pulse.ebay.com here are the top ten most popular search terms: 1. Barbie 2. American Girl 3. reborn 4. Himstedt 5. Kish 6. dolls 7. Madame Alexander 8. Webkinz 9. tyler 10. repaint Here is a better example of an auction title: Title: Reborn and Brand New American Girl Dolls Conclusion: The idea is to make your auction titles filled with popular search terms using the eBay Pulse section but avoid keyword spamming at the same time. This can be tricky, but very effective and will dramatically increase your auction hits on eBay. Additionally, you must test all your titles in the most successful auction to find and keep using the ones with the highest number of hits and eventually the highest volume of sales production.
