In part three of this four-part series on why 95% of the people not in their home based franchise, I ask you to dig deep within yourself and as one of the information I will share with you is even the slightest degree to …. you will be prepared and go able to make the changes needed to be made for your success in your home based franchise in your life?
Most Home Based Franchise Entrepreneurs do not look outside their box for different solutions and answers.
Successful home based franchise businesses are successful because they are ideas loan, in most cases, companies outside their specific sector, this would be ideas from outside your MLM or direct marketing company. They tend to think outside their own four walls for additional ways to be successful. I will give just a few examples …
McDonalds, Burger King … Most of the early fast food chains are not originally drive by windows. You had to physically go, you order food or eat or take home.
Did you know that the drive through concept was not born out of fast food restaurants? The original idea came from driving through the banking system. Obviously somewhere along the path of the fast food industry realized the convenience of their customers do not have to leave their car to do business with them and there you go … drive through windows were born.
Today, most fast food restaurants, donut places, coffee and able to enjoy the added income of providing convenience to their customers by offering them the possibility of a drive through. And while the restaurant chains like Uno's, Applebee's and PF Chang's does not run through Windows … anyway … They do have curb side delivery … The next best thing. How can you make it easier for your customers, leads and prospects to do business with you in your home franchise?
Another example of "borrowing" an idea from another industry is NetJet For those of you who do not know;. NetJet is a fractional ownership in private jets Pretty cool, right Well,.? where do you think NetJet got the idea from? The time-share industry. fractional ownership of vacation property to create more affordable for decades and is now NetJet to do the same for those customers who want the luxury of a private jet, but do not want the financial burden of the entire investment.
I'm actually looking for a fractional ownership of a beachfront property. The concept is brilliant. You might not be able to afford a luxury item or a different form, but you will more like-minded individuals in the same purchase … working time of an agreement of use and viola … everyone gets to enjoy and take pride in the ownership of something that otherwise would have been financially out of reach.
Are the products or your particular home based business opportunities in your high ticket items? Would the cost be shared by several like-minded individuals and the value of products and capabilities are shared among everyone?
Depending on your product or service, these individuals do not necessarily need to even live near each other. Think outside your four walls yet?
One of the most successful marketing strategies of all times is to give a gift an appointment or a purchase. The pharmaceutical industry took this idea to a whole new level and was severely reprimanded for his … gifting but was not originally born from the pharmaceutical and medical industries. No, it was originally born from the cosmetics industry … You might have heard from her … Estee Lauder. Estee Lauder was the first free lipsticks and cosmetics to give the passer bys and to those who bought something in the Estee Lauder line.
Sydney Biddle Barrows new book "Uncensored Sales Strategies" the Mayflower Mrs. recorded successfully marketing strategy of giving gifts. Now, I know where your mind could go at this point and you can stop right there! My suggestion you to read this book, co-author Dan Kennedy. It is a brilliant book sales and business.
Getting back to the topic … when Sydney was the Mayflower Madam, would her best present clients with a bottle of Dom Perignon. You must read book for the marketing strategy for this very expensive and tasty gift and I will tell you was certainly a win / Win strategy for its highly successful enterprise.
For me this is one of the easiest ways to up-sell and command repeat business time and time again in every company, not just your home-based franchise. The gift need not be huge or expensive, just like the bottle of Dom Perignon … although I must say that pens and pencils with their corporate logo on them are a getting a little tired. This age-old marketing strategy can literally be done in every industry. Be creative, have fun and reap the financial rewards that you see in your home under franchise.
The bottom line is you need to start thinking outside of your industry trade. If you start to look at the various ideas that are successful have been in different industries not on the blinders and say it would never work for your home based franchise and take your industry. Not fall into the trap of finding any excuse under the sun, why something will not work for you, just because you do not come from the same cookie cutter industry.
Take a look at where your home-based franchise at this time. Want your business more successful, more profitable, and continue to grow despite the madness of a weak economy? If your answer is yes, then pull your blinders and a look at other industries that make it happen in today's economy. What are they doing for their marketing campaigns and take a page from their play book and successful to adapt to be successful in your home-based franchise.
Successful home based franchise business get rich by finding the opportunities and tweak these opportunities make their own. You can definitely do the same. Wizard Of Oz McDonalds Toys?
I was just on Ebay and saw people selling 2007 Wizard Of Oz Madame Alexander McDonalds toys. When were these from? I am a great Wizard Of Oz fan, and have no idea how I missed this!
I have 1995 Wizard of Oz Toy from McDonalds and the person who puts on Ebay is proably tricking you that from 2007 but really 1995. The one I have with me right now costs about $ 50. Good Luck on EBAY.
