Why do I always resorted to anorexia weight every time I go to?
In ate like a pig this summer, so I gained weight. Other days this stupid idiot told me I look fat. I said this is something you do and I have not eaten in two days with the current three, I drink three cups of skim milk and fruit during the day. I also Fashion class and I have to model my designs at the Fashion Show Mall. I'm a guy.
Frankly, it's because you're too lazy to lose weight at the right way, eating healthily and exercising. With anorexia, you lose weight by starvation, but when the motivation is gone, you resort to your old eating habits. Therefore, Anorexia is only temporary but a healthy lifestyle for life. You do not want to commit. Or maybe you have tried for a healthy lifestyle and that did not work as good as you hoped. And now you punish yourself by starving yourself. Some people think there is something wrong with them because they do not seem to lose weight so that anorexia is a way for them to injure themselves. The only reason you decided to lose weight, because that guy said you looked fat. But once the sting of the comments let you, you will lose motivation and then maybe go binges, so your weight is also higher. The only way to lose weight steadily, consistently and healthy for at least 30-60 minutes of exercise a day and portioning food in your smart ways (six meals a day in small portions). Because you're a guy, you are probably going to want to tone your muscles. Switching between strength training (weights, repetitions, etc.) and aerobic exercise (running, swimming). Build muscle strength and aerobic burn fat. Good luck! <3marie
