How to Summer 2009 Makeup Trends Create working on a tight budget
This season, nude makeup is off. Color is in. Color is beautiful, not gaudy.
The look is free. Just as high school cheerleader. There is no need to go to extremes to make up that looks like it not also apply. Go ahead. Let the color again it. It's cool to see the beautiful makeup.
At Gucci's Spring / Summer 2009 ready to wear collection, models sashayed down the catwalk with heavy lined eyes. Eye makeup was dramatic, while the rest of the face was pale. No detectable blusher. Lips were nude. All focus was on the eyes.

A beautiful purple eyelids accompanied by a pink lipstick, a warm look of this season. That is what model in the Gucci ads this season, in glossy magazines, wore. She had fuschia shade of eye shadow to crease and fold of a strong purple eyeshadow for eyebrows. Black eyeliner emphasized her eyes and lashings of black mascara opened them. This is a great look for the bold and beautiful. In equilibrium such dramatic eyes, lips were touched with a soft pink. Cheeks were placed with a touch of bronzer tawny.
At Versace, make-up for spring and summer of 2009 is light. Of course. Pretty. But not naked.
Icy blue eye shadow from lashes to crease noted on the inner half of Giselle's blue eyes. A salmon or peach shade out the outer half of her eyelids. Eyes were covered with a fine black liner and black mascara highlighted her long eyelashes. Lips were a medium pink. Color was beautiful, but light. Perfect for her tan skin. The look is more beautiful than naked makeup, but still light, pure, beautiful color.
Stella McCartney's models shipped with just as nice. Light makeup with baby pink healthy glow that brought the girls. Baby pink lips and cheeks pale faces. Pinky-orange eyeshadow creases on the forehead, a nice burst of color.
Louis Vuitton was a strong red lips, pale cheeks and black eyeliner, smoky lined eyes. Even smoky eyes were done with medium purple color with replacing the usual black, brown or gray tones.
Translate this to your summer make-up for 2009. The same rules apply. If you go for dramatic eyes, go easy on the lips and cheeks. If your lips for a strong, easy go on the rest of the face. Or go for the entire color. The difference is that now, you can use bold color.
Your Summer Look does not have to be expensive. Bolder color does not make up. It just means more eyeshadow instead if you want dramatic eyes go away.
For starters, all you need is an eyeshadow duo. The drugstore brand would do fine if you're on a tight budget. The color stronger wetting the brush before applying your eyeshadow.
Get a pink and purple eyeshadow duo. This is the only purchase of your likely needs for dramatic eyes.
Use your existing favorite black mascara and go easy on the rest of the face. A favorite lipgloss or nude lipstick on your lips would do well to complete the look.
Try the Pretty in Pink, or color look. Before you all in one color like Nars The Multiple stick that can be used on the lips and cheeks, and even as an eyeshadow.
