Why are not credit the models in the pictures in fashion magazines?

In the photo shoots to publish them, that is why magaizines as Glamour, Vouge etc, print information about the make-up artist, clothing, shoes, jewelry, designers, location etc but not the model itself? What is considered a potential employer to contact a model for a future job? I know they work through a number of agencies and all, but why is the model name is almost never published, unless she is as famous as saying that Kate Moss, Giselle, etc. In some cases the name of the agency is not published.
