Love Yourself Thin, a powerful recipe for Weight Loss
I bet that it is no secret to you that somewhere, your negative emotions and interact with prospects your weight loss program. It's hard to stay motivated to lose weight if you feel bad and you see the world through dark glasses. For those of us who are overweight, Overeating often accompanies negative emotions such as depression, anxiety, fear, guilt and anger.
The more positive your self-esteem and the better you feel about yourself and your world, the faster and easier it will be for you to lose weight. If you have confidence, you are better able to take charge of your life. The higher your self-confidence, keeping the longer those pounds off and stay away.
So, for sustained weight loss, and begin to build a high degree of confidence and self-respect to keep it in this very powerful way ….
Research has shown that the more you acknowledge your successes, the more confident you become in diving and construction of new ones. When your self-esteem is high, errors or failures do not fall over you. You survive your actions, and continue until you succeed.
Have you ever told anyone that your own worst critic? Most of us treat ourselves much more harder than anyone else, even those we dislike. So from now on, you will receive daily recognition of the absolute most importantly – your own.

Before going to bed every night, standing before a mirror, look directly into your eyes, and praise yourself out loud (whisper if you must) for all that you achieved that day.
If you're looking in your eyes, say your name, then: "I appreciate you for ___ ___ ___ "while maintaining eye contact with yourself.
Did you get some chores done that you not look? Did you keep any personal disciplines (such as taking your vitamins, exercise, diet considerations, meditation, etc.)? Were there temptations that you refused to give in to?
For some, to be a great achievement just to get out of bed in the morning, freshen up and dressed for the day. For others, even taking the trash out feels great. No performance is too small – call them all!
When the name that you appreciate for yourself, wrap the experience by saying, "Thank you. I love you." Maintain eye contact a few seconds to really feel your own valuation.
The first few times you experience this you may experience some discomfort, flushing, shame, or even tears. These are normal reactions since we are trained not to brag about ourselves. You probably not used to so lathered with love and nurturing and deserves no praise. These reactions will obviously disappear if you continue to do the exercise.
Put this mirror praise every day for at least four to six weeks (the rest of your life is a must!). You will find that your negative thoughts and self-talk about yourself just disappears. Your confidence will be growing right along with your self confidence rise. Your weight loss efforts will be simpler and easier.
Not only will your body shrink, you transformed a more loving and positive person, from the inside out.

How do you teach a child who just turned 3 and that lying is what's wrong?
My daughter is now sometimes. I do not think they understand what a "lie" is yet, but I try to explain to her. For example this morning she told me her Barbie hit her. She can just pretend like they do at that age (they learn how to pretend and simulate things that happen in real life) but I do not want them to start lying on a continuous basis and think that is ok. So this morning I told her, "That's a lie. A lie is something that is not the truth. If your Barbie did not hit you, then that is a lie. "Are there other ways to teach her the difference Help!
I seriously doubt that they are intentionally lying. I say that for this reason, a lie is a deliberate fabrication told with the intent to deceive. I doubt she understands the concept of deception at her age, so she's not really lying per se. Young children often do not understand the difference between what is real and a little imagination. I would not get angry or punish her, rather when she tells of "Barbie hit me" tell her calmly "No, honey, we both know that Barbie did not touch you, and you should not say things that are not true."
