What to include in a care package for a student?
My brother is in college, and I miss him so Im planning on sending him a care package. Im just not sure what to include in the .. Thanks all!
A kind of food is always good. Homemade, or anything he can not easily get at school (as if there is a specific brand of chips that he really likes, but is not available where they go to school or something similar) would be even better. Most candy or snacks would be easy to send in the mail It will be appreciated by him – and his friends! Other foods that do not need to be cooked or are easy to prepare well. Ramen noodles, Pop-Tarts, and Easy Mac were some of my favorites. Pictures and notes to keep him informed of what's at home are nice. Batteries and quarters (for laundry or vending machines) are always helpful, always seemed to be hard to find when you needed them. I would not recommend putting quarters in the mail already, do not think you should send. I Have Cash CDs he'd like? Or mixed CDs that you could make songs that he has not? Something personal like that would let him know you care, and is something he could use and enjoy a lot. I 'm sure he appreciate everything you send, care packages are always fun to receive!
