The film revolves around four young friends in New Orleans: Matt, Zack, Jacob and Justin. The boys begin to lose their virginity and Matt is the last. Matt, as we learn throughout the film, is the adopted brother of Zack, after Matt's mother died of cancer when he was 9. Matt's father had drug issues and while still involved in his life, not play an important role.

Matt is with his girlfriend Nicole almost two years and the two decide to lose their virginity together on their second birthday. Zack decides videotape the entire process and it is portrayed as a documentary-style movie.

The boys put their rig and two bedroom hotel room with Matt and Nicole's hidden cameras and when the microphones and start date in the hotel room, Nicole realizes something is wrong and when Matt does Nicole's alleged relationship with Harry, she admits that he "sucked her boob, "but nothing else happened. When the boys returned home, they come up with a plot to the Ralph Lauren suit, which is successful steal. Matt finally meets Becca and learns she has a son.
