The Home Studio – how original art, each house in a unique space
Until recently, original art is the domain of art galleries and rich people. The average Jane or Joe on the street was not expected to be original works of art themselves, let alone can afford. To the extent the aristocracy of the art world was concerned, the normal man or woman would be content with reproductions of everything she was told be was good. And so the British house was decorated with posters bearing the pictures of identikit Old Masters.
Then pop culture in revolt, using the Internet to an uninformed level playing field that had previously considered the artistic view of the "normal" people like, and therefore worthless. original art, for the first time ever, is available to anyone – and everyone is taking a bite at the cherry.
There is always a funny thing about originality. Something is only original until everyone wants it: at what point it is commonplace, mainstream, short and weak company spotlight until something new comes along to replace it. Originality in popular culture is almost impossible to hold. It is also the beginning and end of all popular culture – Everybody wants it, but as soon as too many people have it. Gone Original art is perhaps the first thing ever escape this trap and still advantages come with the other side of the popularity equation: everyone has a similar kind of thing, otherwise the whole idea of coolness ends.
Original artworks, by making originality "cool point" – the thing about it that makes it cool in the first place, avoids the dilemma of the cool things always cool. Suddenly, the defining characteristic of a must-have piece of art is not what it represents, but if anyone else has one too. If other people have reproductions of something, the is not original art and therefore not cool.
This sudden shift in trends for home works as caused by the opening of the Internet. In recent years the Internet has allowed artists to their unique goods online, direct selling to people who like them. That means that people are not plan through the filtering of going to galleries, where the only art on offer, it is where the gallery owner has chosen to show. On the Internet virtually all art in the world is available to view, much of it to buy – and with no one directing their likes and dislikes more people discover the inviolable chic, which lies in originality itself. The worst nightmare is the establishment and the artist's dream.
Original art, available directly to the people. These days, it's not you said what you want, but what you really want, which ends on your wall. And that is the coolest of all.

Everyone knows what Inikumo original art worth?
I have three original paintings, woodblock prints signed in pencil and everything. Inikumo work has gone for six figures for the great, I wonder how much I have worth. They are all under 2 ". Anyone?
Looking at past auction results, see all prices ranging from $ 70 – $ 90. I would not expect more than that unless you can authenticate and they rarely get one somehow. For a realistic number, contact consult a professional art auctioneer (or Antiques Roadshow).
