How to make a resume
Due to the volume of CVs to employers receive most of they now use some sort of resume or maintain applicant tracking system. It automates many of the tasks necessary to track the candidates, and also makes it possible for an employer looking for a resume they received months or years later. As a result of technologies, it is important to your resume in a certain format that will be read and interpreted correctly by keeping the systems. A recent survey of technical recruiters and managers were asked about the top "Pet Peeves" – Things they see on resumes and cover letters that they are less interested in speaking with a candidate. These are great examples of how not to write your CV.
• Using the current "tense" in all jobs on the CV.
• Writing the resume or letter in the third person to cover.
• Too much grammar and spelling mistakes.
• Use of small, small font (10 pt or less) in order to cram as much information as possible in the resume.
• Photos to resume (this is a cultural preference).
• A list of their personal interests and activities.
• Sending a resume attachment named 41808res.doc – Use your name or a descriptive label.
• Writing the resume using table formats (columns).
• Using a CV which is protected with a password (without sending the password).

5. Resume Tip 5: Take the basic principles
A technical resume must contain the following sections.
• One goal: 1-2 sentences describing what you want to adapt this for the job you are applying for.
• Education: All degrees you have completed or are in progress, and relevant classes or certifications. Only your GPA if it is very high.
• Experience: List your past employers and / or major projects you have worked. Start with the most recent.
• Technology Summary: List only the technologies you know well.
6. Resume Tip 6: multiple versions
If you provide more than one role (or skills that can fit more than one role) you have multiple versions of your resume available to raise awareness those skills. For example, if your years of experience as a software engineer, and have project management expertise, have two resumes: a software engineer focusing your experience and other marking your project management experience.

Purpose of CV Writing
When you are writing your resume, it is important to keep in mind for the resume. The CV is designed to spark interest in you as a candidate. Your resume should be written with the intention to interview, not a job offer. It is not intended for any course, skill or accomplishment you have the list. Remember, resumes get interviews, not jobs.

• Leave personal information such as age, sex or marital status.

• The Performance section comes last and highlights specific areas where you have excelled including leadership activities, memberships and honors or prizes.
Before writing your resume
Before you sit down to write your CV, it is useful to think by a few points. The first is to think in terms keyword, because employers will use them to search for resumes.

Design Resume Tips
The following Tips for CV design will help ensure that your resume is easy to decompose and can be read to include a resume database.
• Keep the design simple resume. Using a standard resume template will help.
• Use a standard font style (Times New Roman and Arial are standard.
• Use a font size of 10 to 14. Font size 10 and 12 are standard, with a number of titles and headings in a larger font.
• Avoid fancy styles (italics, underline, bold, fancy fonts, etc.).
• Do not use horizontal or vertical lines, graphics, charts, tables or boxes. It is difficult to parse that resume databases and often they print out looking funky.
• Use bold fonts for headers.

• Avoid abbreviations, except for popular acronyms.
• Be concise in your descriptions of the projects and experience. More is not necessarily better!

I rescued this mare from a very bad situation, she was vastly under weight and was not provided. She is a TB and I believe 6. Very sweet mare, but what im not sure about is her hooves. Very soft, not mushy or infected. If I have ridden her and go to pick her hooves, she rocks implanted sml in them or a print of a rock in her hoof. The winter and im not going to get shoes on her bc its not nice enough to drive and shes on 5 acres. I have Quarter horses, Arabian / Paints, and an Arabic / Andalusian and I barely shod them. There also were hard as rocks, only when I showed in the summer they had shoes. Is it normal for TBS to soft rates if they have or perhaps her soft feet are caused by her lack of food befor I got her?
I have 16 years old TB mare named Brianna. they On medium farms. not difficult, but not very soft either. The rocks in your horses feet are bad and if you do not pick them fast they will develop a stone bruise, blue places and stones to make lame horses. So make sure you pick out her feet as fast as you can. that's normal though. All horses get pebbles there feet as they walk on the ground floor with them. I think you should get out of having your horses before and after every time you ride! to have her back to normal take her out of the water completely. Try and make sure shes on the Dry 24 / 7. call a farrier asap. remember they are the experts on horses hooves. but that bell boots boots except that they would have soils prefect for you !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! she will protect her feet and keep them dry!
