Tips to improve your Handmade Wedding Cards
If you want a large map of the lucky few pleasures, will sometimes only a handmade wedding invitation to. Then it's time begins to identify and collect all the pieces of suitable craft materials you can get your hands on.

Remember that making cards is very personal, but for this special occasion you are trying hard to be objective. That is, to think of the bride and groom your own preferences. Put yourself in their shoes and think about the type of card they would like with their memorabilia from the happy days.
There are a wealth of ideas out there and some exciting use of materials that do not have to be expensive. You can easily trimmings of satin, lace or ribbon on your local market and the right background cardboard you can create a handmade wedding card both you and the couple will be proud.

it was my friends birthday weekend I want to get her a present, but I want it handmade, I am 13 so I can not do anything complicated and I can not afford anything very expensive. My boyfriend loves anything really – she loves pink and she is one of my kind of close friends, so I want something good to do. can you give me any ideas? Jodie, we have been making paper beads in the nursing home where I volunteer. You can cut strips of magazine pages pictures about an inch wide and maybe 6 inches long (make it a long skinny triangle). Take a straw (I prefer a smaller hole and use a coffee stirrer). Begin with the end opposite the point and start winding it up on the straw. Add a bit of sellotape glue occasionally, especially when you get to the end. When you finish rolling each bead, you can use a little clear nail polish to give a sheen. (I use clear embossing fluid, clear embossing powder and a heat gun.) You can also use Glossy Accents, available at craft stores. Sometimes use people the paper beads and the beads purchased PUT occasionally on the ribbon or cord.
