Believe it or not, you will not be famous to outsell the big boy record labels best performers. Unfortunately, if you are not careful, you could still lose the game. Just ask Seattle rocker, Phil Fischer.
A strong voice to deal with the self-written texts, Phil Fischer songs were amazing. His first album "Wounded Soul", actually went gold selling over 500,000 copies in the year 2004. of those sales, more than 100,000 orders came from his website. Phil Fischer album sales surpassed the sales of the album Ashley Simpson, the big boy record label favorite that year. With a gold record, could you thought Phil Fischer would be happy to create more albums. You might also think, "Why did I ever heard his songs?". One answer, the clues to both puzzles.
Due to difficulties finding a label for his sound in the United States, Fischer took his music abroad. Phil Fischer was leaning on a record label, Papa Lopez Records, Inc., in Santiago, Chile, who was quick to sign this talented artist. Sadly, Papa Lopez was not an honest record executive.
