I love polymer clay! I usually use clay just because it is a little cheaper than Fimo. The pasta machine is available from JoAnn fabric and craft stores are pricey so check into a housewares dept. I bought mine, brand new never used, an auction for a buck! A small inexpensive toaster oven works just as big as a "clay oven". That's what I use. I want to give you a tip … when working with polymer clay. I make people a little bit that I make at a time for treatment purposes. I bake the head, and then argain the arms and then with the legs … etc. .. But I found, that although polymer clay can be baked countless times, not baking. Not too much time baking.
