Planning your child's birthday party can have fun and seeing the joy on the face of your child during the party itself is the best of all rewards. Barbie-themed parties are quite common, but you can party your child more unique by set up more than just a birthday party. Barbie is famous for her various outfits and hairstyles, so you might set up an afternoon tea party with a Barbie fashion show. This is definitely a hit because kids naturally like to dress up. You might even ask your child's guests to bring their favorite Barbie and dress exactly like the doll. Little boys can come dressed as Ken, of course.
You could arrange the event so that the tea party comes first. Some music in the background while the kids are around the table with tea. You can also serve lemonade instead of tea, because only a few kids can actually appreciate tea. Along with the drinks you can serve scones, cakes or biscuits. To add to the fun, you could even give a few awards such as Best Dressed, Best Model of crowd favorite. At the end of the fashion show, you could ensure your child a small speech thanking her friends to participate in her birthday bash.

You will ensure that the table decor and accessories for your child's Tea Party Barbie goes to the main theme. More importantly, your entire party ensemble from the napkins on the centrepieces mix well with the Barbie tea set that will be used.
