I can curl my hair in curls with a 1 inch curling iron? I want it to look like a porcelain doll?

her: You can not get perfect waves like that with a 1 inch curling iron. (Sorry! but it's the truth) The closest you can get without going to a salon is using small hair rollers. They are not very expensive and you can find them pretty cheap at drugstores. If you wish, after your hair curly, can be improved by the waves curl. Know that there is a risk that mess will all be makeup.: Sweep on some pink blush on the part of your skin a bit lower than your cheekbones. Put it on mostly on the side. But then brown eyeliner (Pencil, not liquid) and make a thin line right above your top lashes. Tip-eye make the line thicker in the middle of your eye, and thinner at the end of you. Hope I helped!
