Britney Spears was not treated kindly by the media tabloids. Her very public meltdown one year ago was caught on the pages of magazines around the world and the story was not flattering. A failed marriage to Kevin Federline, a nasty custody battle that raged two years and a seemingly mental breakdown that landed her in hospital on several occasions proved to doom the young pop star, who only a short time before had captured the public's attention with her debut album, … Baby One More Time. Where did that youthful innocence go? While that may be long gone, like the star of Britney Spears is back on the rise. Britney Spears in the spotlight since she was a young girl. At age 11 they ascended to the prestigious title of Mouseketeer alongside other future stars Justin Timberlake and Ryan Gosling. Things really started to look promising for Spears when she became signed to Jive Recording in late 1990. Her debut album, … Baby One More Time, hit the state in early 1999, and the blond, smiling and playful Britney caught international attention for her pigtails, schoolgirl outfit and bouncy dance moves. The acclaim for Britney Spears was so great that they quickly described as the reigning princess of pop, "by various magazines around the world. She followed with her second attempt, Oops! … I Did it again in May 2000. Again, they dominated the airwaves with her new singles and embarked on a worldwide tour in an attempt to promote her work. But all was not a fairy tale for the pop princess, her sexy style was described as scandalous and her proclamation that she would "remain a virgin until she married" made to blend gossip fodder in the press. More albums would follow through the early 2000s, although none appeared on the same herbs and popularity as its first two records contain. Her public kiss with Madonna and Christina Aguilera at the 2003 MTV Video Music Awards again caused a stir with the media.

In 2004, things started heading down when Spears married with her childhood friend Jason Alexander, just to get it annulled 55 hours later. A few months later, she was engaged to Kevin Federline, who at the time was married and expecting his second child. She then gave birth to their first child two years later by their second child, which in turn was followed by complications in marriage, and any divorce. Throughout this time, Spears admitted herself to rehab, shaved her head, flashed cameras and was caught driving with her baby on her lap instead of in a car seat. Custody battle arose with the end result is that Federline was awarded custody of Spears to retain access rights. The whole debacle seemed to go for years, where Spears emerged as a caricature of mentally unstable pop star failed.

With a new album soon and a large spread in Rolling Stone, the future seems to look a little brighter for Spears. Maybe it's time for her to pick up, dust yourself off and try again … again.

Final decision-Can you tell me if you like the name?

Ok, I know I had short listed the names to Alexandria, but last night, I suddenly thought my favorite childhood book, and I thought the princess called Zahra. So now my daughters names options are as follows-1) or Alexa Rose Zahra Chantalle / (for my eldest) 2) Elle or Elle Lillian Leila (for my middle daughter) 3) Cassandra Maia (pronounced May) or Cassandra Lara (my youngest) Give the names and / or adding Suggestions for middle names please, if you do not like these names, you do not have to tell! thanks xxxx

For the oldest, I want Zahra Rose best of all names listed.For the middle, I would like Elle, but what about Ellie? I like Elle (or Ellie) Lillian. And for the youngest, Cassandra May sounds good.
