I'm guessing you're going to the pictures and journal entries in the book. So first you need to get the pages look old. What you can do is either rub them with wet tea bags on both sides, they bake in the oven on a metal pan. Now you need some rope. If you have a rope used to tie meat, that will work. Then fold the paper into a book. Then two holes in the book, a top in the middle and one in the lower middle. Take the rope and cut to length you think you need. Do it from the outside back of the book so that the ends are inside the folds. Now think of a way to string together the band on the inside of the book. You're done! I hope this helped.
